Im 15 Years Old And Weigh About 110 Pounds Help Me

What happens if I weigh 110 pounds at 12 years old?

It really depends on how tall you are, and whether you are a boy or girl, as well. I can’t really say you are overweight just because you are about 20 lbs heavier than the average 12 year old, as you could be really tall and that would be just fine. Also, we don't know if you work out with heavy weights and use performance enhancing drugs, or not. I know you’re only 12, but kids getting involved in bodybuilding, and what not, is getting more common all the time. Most likely if it is muscle, and not fat, you would have been involved in weight lifting for a few years to get that 20 extra pounds on you.So my point is, tell us your height, gender, weight lifting schedule, how much you lift, and any drugs you take for muscle growth and we can give you an honest answer.Another option is ask your doctor, ask your school nurse, or talk to your parents. However, if you are overweight, your parents are probably overweight, making “weight” a sensitive subject. Even so, it's best to deal with this issue with your family.

Im 15 years old , about 5,7 and weigh 110 pounds, how can i gain weight?

I don't know much but ipm trying to put a few pounds & I did i'm 16 & I weigh about 140 but I'm still skinny since I'm a little tall (almost 6ft) but I eat and sorta just lay down so the food doesn't work its way through my body ( I have a fast metabolism) & I gained some weight. Also eat more protein & make protein shakes (like with peanut butter, bananas, milk,ETC) & you should gain some weight

As a 13 year old boy, I weigh about 100 pounds and am 5'2,what can I do (what exercises should I do) to gain 20 pounds of muscle, and how long would it take?

Thanks for asking me to answer the question. Now to the question, I think that you should change the way you think about fitness. Don't aim for just gaining muscle. Aim for enjoying the activity and improving yourself as a person. Once you do that, muscles will come.Having said that, I would recommend against joining a gym and lifting weights at this point. You are just now starting to develop and to really grow. Give your body 1-2 more years to grow without lifting weights and then start. Your hormone levels (testosterone) will soon go up because you will go into puberty which means that you will grow without even going to the gym. This is my advice because your joints are still fragile and lifting heavy weights now may lead to injuries. However, you can still exercise until you turn 14-15. I suggest that you do push-ups, pull-ups (if you can), crunches, squats and start swimming (swimming is great). Additionally, I think you should engage in other sports you enjoy. Finally, once you are ready to join a gym, I highly recommend that you find someone to help you and teach you how to perform the exercises correctly. I can't stress this enough. It's easy to injure yourself if you don't know what you are doing. Im 15 years old, 5'0 feet tall(60 inches) and i weigh 110 pounds am i over weight?

Your not, your at an acceptable weight range for your age.
Well done! :)

I'm 10 years old, but 130 pounds. Am I overweight or fat?

I would not do drastic changes without consulting a doctor. That said, if you are overweight, it means your current diet is not optimal for your body. There are a few changes you can do that are very safe and easy. You don't provide much detail in your post, so I can only make assumptions.First, what do you normally drink? I know at your age I drank lots of sodas. One single can of soda has more sugar than an adult male should consume in an entire day. All the extra sugar just gets stored as fat. Consider drinking water instead. Not juice, not diet soda, just plain water.I also had candy and desert every chance I got. Consider skipping the desert or having some fruit instead. Many kids avoid vegetables. I know kids that have never had a salad until they were 20. Ideally one should eat vegetables in every single meal. Those are weight loss 101 tips. Those are low risk things you can do. No doctor will advice against those things. What you don't want to do is stop eating and starve yourself to lose weight. Not only it's not effective, but it is flat out dangerous. This is really where you want professional help. You are about to go through puberty, this makes it very easy for you to slim down, but you do need to improve your habits.Losing weight and keeping it off is hard work. It will mean permanent changes to your lifestyle. Changing any habit is hard work. You might read the advice above and think it would be to hard to do. The good news is that you get used to it. If you were to start today, a month from now it would be second nature to you.

I am 15 years old, I am around 174cm (5'7''), and I weigh 55kgs(125lbs). How can I gain some weight?

I am really skinny and I want to gain some weight and muscles. I would like to have bigger biceps/triceps and bigger chest. Also, bigger waist wouldn't be bad Can someone recommend me an exercise plan and tell me what should I eat, so I'd gain some weight?
I eat everything, even when I eat a lot I don't gain almost any weight.

But, I'm asking this now because I've heard somewhere that exercising while I'm growing can cause slower gain in height. Is that true, and should I wait with exercising until I'm older and stop growing so I'd be taller?

Cheers.

I’m a 24 year old male and I only weigh 110 pounds. What is wrong with me?

Far too light and you will be ultra skinny you need to bulk up which means eating more and working out in the gym. Sounds hard but your body genetics may be different to normal but you need to find foods which are high in calories and eat more consistently over a two month period try also drinking sodas eating pizza and KFC and a few cakes per day

I'm 17 and 5'8. I weigh 96 pounds. Am I healthy?

I was probably the only person in the world other than you that weighed same as you having same height when i was 17 yrs old.And Top of it, i had to survive 5 yrs due to education at such location where food was horrible. And my weight remained same for those 5 yrs i.e till 22 yrs. Even girls who were 6-7 yrs younger, looking bigger than me at that point of time. And girls of my age were used to behave with me like a kid and lift me easily and compare my tiny arms to their bulky arms. It was getting really embarrassing.Once i was out from that location, I started gaining pretty fast without any workout for next 6 months and again it consolidated for 6 months and cycle followed multiple times and now i am 25.5 yrs and weigh around 135 pound. In those 3.5 yrs i have gained about 40 pound. 1 month back, First time i have started going to gym. Because earlier whenever i tried, i couldn't continue because of the following reasons.Unable to lift weight due to lean body and almost no fat, Very low stamina.Gym is for building muscle, but if fat is not there at all. Then how one gonna build muscle. But now i had build my stamina, gained some fat. So i feel this is right time to be regular at gym.So it's never late. My suggestion is not to join gym now. First start eating more and healthy food and have regular exercises like push up(most handy one). Once you gain some fat, then it will be better to join.
