Does anyone know ways to remove dark spots on your face?

Do an Answers search and you will see many say that vitamin E cream. bio oil, Neosporin, Maderma and Pantothen did nothing to get rid of them. You can quickly and totally get rid of them with this simple, safe, natural treatment that has helped many on Answers (see happy testimonials below ### )

I had a mass of acne scars, dark marks; freckles, even pronounced scars from childhood accidents and treatment got completely rid of them all and gave me a totally flawless. totally healthy skin.
To avoid skin pulling/stretching make tighten skin by partially opening mouth and pulling lips firmly back against teeth then massage them over and over many times vigorously using extra virgin olive oil or coconut. They are noncomedogenic - so do not clog or cause breakouts. or make skin oily.
USING BOTH HANDS AT SAME TIME do forward and back massage using front and tips of fingers and palms (where you can) Circular massage will not work.
The massaging friction rubs them away and forces a clear new skin to appear.

For best/quickest results gradually build up to a daily 20 min or more massage(skin and hands have to first adjust). Can be in two or more sessions. You should get results in about 10 to 20 days - depending on how frequently/how long you massage.

Jasmin had contacted me about removal of acne scars and dark marks.
"My advice? LISTEN TO MUKUNDA M!!! He knows what he’s talking about. I directly emailed him because he’s gotten so many Best Answers for skincare topics. I’ve been doing the oil/massage treatment for a little more than 3 weeks and I can’t tell you how absolutely fantastic the results are. Seriously. You will not be disappointed"

Message: Hi Mukunda,
I massage each time 15 to 20 min. The smaller patches of pigmentation (more like freckles) are gone but the bigger ones are still there but they are somewhat lighter in color.

I'm 16 and I have acne, blotchy skin and large pores.?

I'm not sure if I have large pores or not, they seem visible very upclose in a mirror but not visible three feet away I guess. Anyway, when I was 14 I had very smooth, clear skin. I used Fair and White according to my mom and that caused my skin to become paler but after a while, disclored. The discoloration subsided when I stopped and then I started breaking out around turning 15. I wear makeup (only powder) but I recently stopped because I don't want my breakouts getting worse.

I clense, tone and moisturize (not immedietely but like 10 minutes after toning). I do touch my face some what and I don't really eat junk food often. What I don't understand is that no matter what product I use, I continue to break out, especially near my cheeks, chin and now more recently my forehead (which was clear when I removed my bangs).

I really don't like how my skin looks. It looks blotchy and uneven and I have a lot of fine whiteheads. My mother wants me to get an acne facial and maybe that can help. I recently gained a littlee weight (I'm still skinny) and my mom says that cauesd my hormones to break me out.

I have acne near my eyebrows as well and inbetween them. I'm really starting to hate my skin because it never used to be so bothersome like this and I'm not stressed, I excerise and I don't drink soda, I stay out of the sun and I exfoilate a few times.

I'm african american, I have oily skin and maybe visible pores? I take hot showers but I guess I should stop because people say they make pores bigger? And I use toner to refine my pores. I want my skin to be smooth and calm and I don't want hyperpigmentation after my acne clears up. I also use olive oil as a moisturizer sometimes.

I'm currently using nu skin products. I've tried Ambi, Clearsil, Fair and White and just plain soap and water. Nothing worked. Nu Skin seems to be helping a bit but I'm not sure. I also use honey once in a while and some olive oil.

SOMEONE HELP ME.

I'm 18 going on 19. Why do I still have acne and how do I get rid of it?

Hormones and your diet are the main factors. If you are taking steroids or are on the pill, you increase the chances of getting acne. There are also hormones in your food (e.g., milk, beef, etc.). Certain foods interfere with good intestinal bacteria and can cause inflammation, contributing to skin problems, including acne.  Apparently, cortisol, a stress hormone, and insulin, which your body over-produces when you eat sugar, are also factors.Recommended changes: 1) Give up milk, gluten foods (wheat, rye, barley), and sugar for a few weeks to see whether they are your problem. Deep-fried foods would also be a good thing to drop.2) Eat organic food as much as possible to keep away from the toxins in most store-bought foods. Keep away from most processed foods. Eat grass-fed beef and lamb without added hormones, pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plain yogurt, Norway sardines, wild-caught Alaska salmon, and lots of fresh raw vegetables, but steam your broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, and green beans. Root veggies -- like sweet potatoes, turnips, parsnips, beets, carrots, celery root and jicama -- are helpful too. Eat fruit in moderation because the natural sugars could upset your insulin levels. If you hate vegetables and can't make yourself eat any (which could be a big part of your problem), find some kind of green super food powder, mix it with water or diluted juice and take it like medicine a couple times a day.3) Get plenty of enjoyable exercise and restful sleep.4) Get out in the sun and take Vitamin D3 when you can't. If you grow yourself an organic garden, you'll get sunshine, exercise, and great food too!5) Also take Vitamin A (from fish liver oil, 10,000 units with meals), Vitamin E, Vitamin C, and the B vitamins (especially B6) for skin health. A good teen multi from your health food store could provide these, along with zinc, which is also important for skin.5) Try putting plain yogurt on your affected skin to introduce good bacteria into the area. Rinse off after it dries.6) Drink spring water, if possible. If you can't do all of this, do what you can! The following web page has more useful info, though I disagree with its negative take on vitamin supplements. (Sometimes it's hard to get all your nutrients from food because of the way it is grown or because you might have extra high requirements due to genetics, your current state of health, or a restricted diet.)http://www.precisionnutrition.co...Good luck!
