Im 17 I Am Into Bodybuilding And Someone Said To Try Dhea

What other things can I do to make Seborrheic Dermatitis less milld?

Okay so yesterday I saw a Dermatologist and yes I have the dreaded Seborrheic Dermatitis. I am a 19 year old male by the way. I know this conditon is uncurable but I have to stay as positive as I can about it. It really sucks but there is nothing I can do about it. The things I was prescribed for it was Triamcinolone 0.025% Cream, Salex Cream, and Ketoconazole Shampoo. I know these will help it and I am not worried as I actually know what I have now. But if anyone could tell me some other ways to help it as far as diet is concerned. Also working out, I like to try and work out a few times a week to stay in shape for the winter. Will excessive exercise help or harm me? I was also wondering if going fake tanning would help it as I know UV rays help the skin greatly. Any advice would be helpful (:.

Testosterone boosters?

There is NO products available that will naturally (non-steroid) increase your testosterone.

The only non-steroid way of doing it is:

1/ Eat a good balanced diet high in zinc (zinc is critical to the production of testosterone, converts estradiol (female hormone) into testosterone and stops testosterone from being converted into estradiol;

2/ stop smoking (interferes with the bodies natural testosterone creation processes) and drinking (alcohol is a real t-killer) and

3/ undertake moderate exercise.

All the booster, supplements, etc. are useless and a waste of money.

Most of them are vitamin/mineral pills that you can buy at the pharmacy for 1/10th the price. The main effect of these products is to make someone else rich and the only benefits to you are:

1/ you get your recommended daily vitamin and mineral allowance and

2/ psychological - you believe it will work and feel good about that ands then believe it is actually working when it's not.

Also some will mention that they have plant extracts that will help and that's all BS as well. There are no plant testosterones in nature - there are some that have similar chemical structures (called proto-testosterone and other similar sorts of names) but they cannot be used in a human body to replicate testosterone or its effects.

The best products you can buy have bio-identical testosterone as the active ingredient. Bio-identical has NO negative side effects, if used responsibly, as it is exactly the same as that manufactured in your own body.

Before you try using any testosterone product see your doctor.

I use AndroMen Forte 5% t-cream and it works great.

Are legal Prohormones allowed in the military?

They are not illegal. Generally, however, you are not authorized to use supplements while in training. Do not take any supplements with you to training, as they're usually prohibited.

Methyl 1-d, which I am familiar with, is not a drug... it is a supplement, and a good one at that. Once your training has been completed and you've been assigned to your unit, you should have no problem with taking this supplement, or any others for that matter such as creatine, NO, etc, etc.,...

Methyl 1-d is a DHEA Ethyl Ester with compounds that:

Reduce estrogen: "AI"
Reduce DHT: 5aR Inhibitor
Sulfotransferase Inhibitor
Glucoronidase Inhibitor
3bHSD/4-5 Delta Isomerase Upregulator
Naturally Occuring Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (like tamoxifen)

Methyl 1-d is legal and not restricted by the FDA. In addition, follow your chain of command or legal office to get their opinion if you like. However, it isn't restricted by the FDA. Perhaps the Navy may have a banned supplement list--if so, request a copy.

Are there any effective testosterone boosters?

Don’t try to elevate your free testosterone levels solely through testosterone boosters. You will fail. Your sport nutrition shop won’t :)Almost no substance - including most known ones such as tribulus or erycome logifolia - has the notable ability to raise free T level. There has been minimal success with D-aspartic acid, phytosterols and boron citrate if combined with intensive workouts, but that has almost zero effect on your physiology. But we have good news. There are some approaches which offers moderate improvement in your general health (following by elevated free testosterone):a) Enjoy food and nootrients that consist hormones in traces, such as royal jelly or pine pollen. Avoid prohormones and steroids.b) Enjoy food that decrease estrogen production in males - white button mushroom are tasty and excellent antiaromatic shrooms which block transformation of testosterone to estradiol. I recomend the same if you are a woman.c) Avoid mixed estrogen agonist/antagonist such as soy. Pay attention also if you are consuming a lot of green tea since turn off your testosteron binding sites (SHBG or SSBG).d) enjoy lot of hi-quality adaptogens such as Panax ginseng, Rhodiola rosea, Ashwagandha, Cordyceps in fermented mode - the most successful tactics is to lower your stress hormone cortisol (since both testosterone and cortisole are produced from the same precursor and they compete with each other)e) exercise intensively, but not over 75 minutes (combine HIIT, complex free-weights exercises, intervals cardio - avoid chronic cardio)f) enjoy hi-protein meals with lots of fat. Avoid insuline spiking simple sugars, but don’t go near paleo or keto (it will kill your T even more than McDonalds).g) Sleep soundly for 8h+h) Avoid stress or let’s put it better, try to manage it.Oh, and make love. Really. It’s super efficient biofeedback.

How do I figure out if I have gynecomastia or just chest fat? I'm 80 kilos, 6 ft 1inch, 23 years old. Overall, my moobs aren't as big, but they are big enough to be noticed from outside of a T-shirt and be made fun of.

Gynecomastia (breast tissue) and pseudogynecomastia (chest fat) looks pretty much the same to the untrained eye. Basically, if you have true gynecomastia, a rubbery or firm mound of tissue that is concentric with the nipple–areolar complex is felt. If it is pseudogynecomastia or chest fat, no such disk or tissue is found. Now this being said, you should NEVER self-diagnose it and always confirm it with the help of a doctor preferably, a doctor specializing in gynecomastia. Below is how they do it.Disclosure: I run a site dedicated for men with gynecomastia and you can also read more about gynecomastia and its various treatment options at Gynecomastia: Causes, Types, Diagnosis & Treatment Options
