Im 17 My Mom Wants To Move To Another City Because She Found A Bottle In My Room That I Was Holding

I can't stand my 17 year old daughters boyfriend! HELP?

My daughter is an Innocent 17 year old senior who I love and want the best life has to offer her. She is a good student but seems to be very ignorant to the type of person her boyfriend is. He smokes pot, he has snuck her out of the house at 3am in the morning several times. He has verbally disrespected me "her father" on several occasions. He has a bad boy reputation but worst of all.. he comes from a family who allowed their 16 year old daughter to marry a 22 year old man! Is there anything legally I can do to keep her away from him? PLEASE I need help.

Please Don't Judge: My baby gets on my nerves sometimes.. how do I deal w/ it?

I agree with the taking a nap with him thing. I actually started doing that when my son was about 6 months old and i loved it! Even though he would always just wake up crying for no reason it really help get some energy or i would just to other stuff after he fell asleep with me by his side. Now he's almost 13 months old and since he was 6 months again i would let him hold the bottle and now he can only go to sleep at night (he doesnt take naps anymore) with his bottle. I use a slow nipple bottle so it takes longer for him to finish it and he'll fall alseep by then. I still get very frustrated when he just starts crying out of nowhere. It seems to me the older he got the more he crys Lol I only have my dad and his g.f around they will take care of the baby the other family and friends are not that close, as in relationship wise, to take care of my baby. Now i go to school tues-friday and that gives me somewhat of a break. But the doctor might not help so much he just might say that the baby will evetually learn he cant get what he wants so just ler him cry! But i can never just let my baby cry! I mean i dont want to be holding him all day but i also dont want to be hearing him cry all day! Try taking him out to the park or even a car ride if that works. My baby acts up now in public because he wants everything but anytime he's in his car seat or stroller he's a very good boy...most of the time at least Lol I had really bad PPD but i never seeked medications. But that was just me honestly even though it's natural and normal i didnt want to be completly honest with the doctor and let him know how i realy felt. When my baby was born up until like 5 months old i felt like he wasnt part of me it was VERY sad and depressing for him he just didnt seem to recognize me as his mother :(
