Im Always Bloated No Matter What I Eat Or Drink I Exercise Regular

Is bloating normal? I’m always or “most of the time” eating healthy but still getting bloated, why?

You may think that your stomach is the issue, but it's most probably your gut!Everyone has a different constitution and metabolism. Two people A & B may have an identical fitness level, lifestyle, eating habits and yet one may not be able to process certain foods.A can eat salads and raw foods and take a nap right after with no side effects whatsoever.B on the other hand would lie there with his gut bursting. In Ayurveda we call this Prakriti (Mind-Body-Type). Everyone has a unique one and hence needs a customized diet. You need to figure out who you are and what suits your body! Some questions to ask yourself:Are you eating too much raw food?Too much animal protein maybe? Are you lying down after meals? Are you mixing grains with fruits? Are you mixing banana and milk?Is wheat the culprit? Switch to spelt, try it.Are you drinking liquids with your meals?Too much sweet? Avoid white sugar! These are common but simple reasons behind bloating. Are you A or B.

Im thin, but my stomach always seems to be bloated?

There are two things that immediately jumps to my mind... firstly that you may have Irritable Bowel Syndrome and acid reflux which explains the fact that you can't digest your food... OR Coeliac disease, which is an intolerance to wheat and gluten. IBS should only bloat your stomach when you eat certain foods... however coeliac's will have a bloated stomach all the time as your body cannot digest the wheat and gluten.
There aren't any very good websites about IBS so here is a Wikki one.....
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Irritable_bowel_syndrome

And one for coeliac.....

This is a very good website.

Although, as you say that your bones really stick out.... it could be a sign of malnutrition. If you look for pictures of children in Africa, they are very very thin but have very bloated stomachs..... This is because they are not getting the right nutrients from their food.

However I think you should see your doctor as he could perhaps prescribe you some ant-acids or something to relieve your bloated stomach.... or perhaps looks more in depth about why you are experiencing such a rough time with your stomach!

Please do not do any more exercising as you may do more damage by burning off more calories. Especially if you could be malnurished!!!!! I know it is very tempting but the best thing to do is to seek professional medical advice.

Good luck!

Bloated Stomach after Eating?

Every time after I eat I get an extremely bloated stomach. It doesn't matter what I eat it will happen. People say I look pregnant or like a malnutritioned child.

What do you suspect is wrong with me? Am I allergic to something?

My family doctor just waved it off like it was nothing of concern. She does that to everything though and consults her medical dictionary for things all the time so I can't get much help from her.

Im 14 years old, why am i so bloated?

Possible causes of bloating include:

The most common causes of chronic stomach bloating are irregular
digestive processes which produce gases at a much higher rate than
normal.
Pre-menstrual Tension (PMT) - The symptoms tend to disappear or
greatly improve once the bleeding actually starts.
Contraceptive pill
Too much alcohol
Salt, or processed foods in your diet - even a small amount of excess
sodium causes bloating.
Too little protein in diet.
Doctors believe that bloating is usually the result of an intestinal
disorder, such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). The cause of IBS is
unknown, but may involve abnormal movements and contractions of
intestinal muscles and increased pain sensitivity in the intestine.
These disorders may give a sensation of bloating because of increased
sensitivity to gas.
Carbonated Drinks- Fizzy drinks, including soda pop and spritzers,
increase bloating because the carbon dioxide trapped in the bubbles
creates gas, which slows down stomach emptying.
Water intake: Many women believe that drinking too much water will
give them puffy abs, but just the opposite is true. Even though we
associate water with being bloated, drinking more water can help to
flush sodium out of the body, and that reduces the bloat.
Lactose Intolerance- sometimes your stomach is unable to digest the
lactose--or milk sugar--in dairy foods leading to bloating.
Food allergies can cause your stomach to puff out, too. But this is a
reaction of the immune system involving the whole body, and usually
hives and runny nose are the more prominent symptoms.
Any disease that causes intestinal inflammation or obstruction, such
as Crohn's disease or colon cancer, may also cause abdominal bloating.
In addition, people who have had many operations, adhesions (scar
tissue), or internal hernias may experience bloating or pain.
Finally, eating a lot of fatty food can delay stomach emptying and
cause bloating and discomfort.

My stomach is bloated and I'm not pooping enough. What's wrong with me?

In short, you, like so many unfortunately, are constipated, which can well explain you feeling bloated.Evidently your bowels need more food fiber than those in your fruitr and nuts. You could start with taking 2 to 4 spoonfuls of broken linseed/rapeseed, taken with yogurt, fruit juice of plain water, just wash it down followed by some water.  Remember to drink well, 2 liters a day of water, tea, coffee, soup or whatever will do, the trick is that the food fiber retain the water you drink in your bowels, so enlarge you fecal mass, and keep your poo soft, so you can poop well, and by doing so will not be bloated anymore. If this to you is to hard for you, at the drugstore buy some OTC isphagula husk e.g. Metamucil®, use 2 to 4 packets mixed with a big jug of water,  remember to drink at least 2 liters of water per day.Should this fail, then combine this bulking agent (=food fiber) with propylethylene glycol e.g. MiraLax®, taking 1 to 4 packets a day also taken with lots of water. Some food fiber containing veggies can cause bloating too, here is a list of foods containing low and high FODMAP (that often will cause bloating)All the best!
