Im Going To A Sleepover Tonight What Should I Bring

I'm going to be on my period at my friends sleepover tonight!!! Help!?

I am 15 and my friend is having her sleepover birthday party tonight. The problem is.. I just got my period last night before I went to bed. Today it is really heavy and I feel bloated and crampy. I feel like blah and I just want to relax and watch tv. At the party we are going to swim then come back and hang out the rest of the night. I am really nervous because all the girls there except for 2 I don't know them and they are mean and I'm going to be on my period. I don't want to tell anyone either. Everyone will already be in their bikinis when they get there and I am going to have to go to the bathroom, change, clean myself up and put a tampon in and it will take forever then I will have to take it out and clean it up and put a pad on and people will wonder why I'm taking so long. My period is really heavy right now and whenever I walk I can feel blood gushing out. I'm soooo scared! What should I do?

Help! I am vegan and going on a sleepover, what should I do?

Ok so I do have sleepovers all the time but that is with my friend who is also vegan. I will be going to a sleepover tonight and am worried that my friend's parents will have a non vegan dinner. I mean they don't seem like religious freaks or anything but I am worried they'll order pizza. But I am really not sure. I mean the girl is lactose intolerant but I think she can occasionally eat dairy. I mean they seem really nice but I don't want to come off snobby or awkward and be like um well I'm vegan. I am going there before dinner time so I'm not sure what I should do?

I'm on my period and have to go to a sleepover help?

I'm going to a younger friends sleepover and I'm on my period and they don't have their periods yet, I can't tell anyone because I don't know anyone that well yet, I don't know how I can change my pad secretly, not leak, or how I can throw away my pads? HELP PLEASE

Period, and sleepover tonight?

1. Cramps are caused by intense muscle contractions and spasms, and those spasms are caused by a lack of calcium and sodium in the body. Bananas are a great source of potassium and milk has a ton of calcium. If you can, eat plenty of bananas today, that should keep your body's potassium needs satisfied and drink plenty of milk. If you have a sensitive stomach and would prefer to avoid milk, try a hot drink, such as tea, but make sure that whatever you do, you avoid caffeine.

2. Coffee and decaffeinated drinks (sodas) can cause increased blood flow and muscle contractions, and we really don't want that.

3. Another fast-acting cure for cramps is Icy Hot. If you have abdominal cramps and you rub some Icy Hot on that area, the cooling sensation will dull the pain and the heat will help soothe the muscles. The Icy Hot patch won't slip off or leave you smelling like Icy Hot, so if you're concerned about that, I'd say go with that option, but the most effective Icy Hot product is the cream, although admittedly, the smell is really strong.

4. Using tampons while you have cramps is a really bad idea in general, so good call with not using them.

5. Take some sort of antacid just as a prophylactic, so that if you end up getting a stomach ache during the sleepover, you would have already neutralized your stomach acid.

6. Take some ibuprofen or acetaminophen. Those work best on cramps, and can be found in Advil, Aleve, Midol and Pamprin, to name a few.

7. Here is your packing list: Pads (obviously), a change of underwear just in case, acetaminophen or ibuprofen, antacids (Tums, Pepto Bismol, Rolaids), Icy Hot, water.

8. What to avoid: Caffeine, the cold, sweets.

Good luck!

What do teenage guys do during sleepovers?

I have been for a few sleep overs with my friends and though today we are 20, we would still enjoy doing the same activities that we enjoyed doing when we were teens. So the list of the activities goes as follows1) Watch movies (including classics, all time hits, biggest flops and of course porn) and comment on the scenes2) Reminisce about old memories, about the different pranks we played on each other and laugh hysterically3) Mock the friend who is always mocked4) Try irritating the neighbours by secretly pointing a laser in their rooms through the windows5) Go on road trips in the dead of the night (one of them being as far as 50 miles)6) Ensure no one sleeps7) If anyone does making sure he regrets in the morning by painting his face in a way that he himself fails to recognise it8) Play video games9) The "cool studs" getting high on weed and alcohol and teetotallers like me getting entertained by their stupid antics and behaviour (thus strengthening our resolve not to drink)10) Do I need to mention gossip about girls?11) Play sports in the garden in the street light12) Switch off the light and playing hide and seek in the entire house \U0001f600 \U0001f60013) Have sex chats with random girls on random chatting applications or websites (most of these girls being a group of other guys like us)14) Troll other guys like us by having chats with them pretending to be girls14) Exchange phones and flirt with one another's female friendsThis is a list of activities that guys do. Additions and deletions in this list are inevitable. In short sleepovers are super fun. They are an experience in themselves that every boy must have.

What can I use instead of a sleeping bag for a sleepover party?

I'm going to a sleepover birthday party tonight, and she told everyone to bring sleeping bags. The point is though, I don't have a sleeping bag. Is there something I can use as an alternative, instead? I don't want to sleep on the cold hard floor without any comfort! =p Btw, I'm 13.

Should I allow my 13-year-old to sleepover with a "good friend" of the opposite sex?

Oh no don’t you dare. Really a thirteen year old boy? How can you even be asking this question!? Boys this age have just started watching porn and are so incredibly imbecile that they’ll practice what they’ve seen with the first girl they get the chance to.Have you even considered that this boy could already be fertile!? Leave your girl at home with that ‘good friend’ and you’ll be taking care of your newborn grandchild in nine months, no doubt.Young teenagers are so filled with new hormones, they don’t even care who the girl is. They’ll do anything to play it nice to later be called a ‘good friend’ and then slide in when they have the opportunity to have a sleepover. These horny little creatures are so naive, they don’t even know that rape is supposed to be considered as a bad thing. The only reason you would leave your precious princess with this teenage troll is to get a chance to sue the guy when he happens to become a famous actor in a Netflix series in the future and get enough money to live off. For three generations.Your parent senses disappoint me, even considering the possibility to have your daughter near a boy. In one room. In the dark!On a more serious note, I’ve had a few sleepovers with female friends. Some were in a group, some were the two of us. Nothing interesting happend if you exclude everything you normally do as friends such as watching movies, playing boardgames and making jokes. If you’re really uncertain about her going, let her bring a female friend and him a male friend. This way they can at least have an interesting four way to look back on.
