I'm skinny fat, help please!?

Hey all,
I'm skinny fat (meaning I am thin but I am not at all toned so my tummy sticks out a small bit past my hips). I am 5,6'' and weigh about 117 lbs

I hate it cause everything wobbles :( So I am going to Portugal at the end of August, and I will be in a bikini and I don't want to feel disgusting by having a ''loose'' belly rippling and my a.s.s and thighs rippling in I'm running around at the water park :( I need some toning excercises for those areas that aren't really for loosing weight just toning up and firming everything so I'm not rippling and yuck. It is embarassing and I bet my younger brothers and sisters will say something mean, they point out everything thanks.

You are not fat. Even super skinny people can get cellulite; it has nothing to do with weight. You are still growing, as you grow taller your belly will get smaller it just a little baby fat to help with your development and growth. Don't worry about too much!

no you are not at all.
ideal weight for someone 3 inches taller than you is between 125-130 pounds so you are right where you should be.
If you feel a little chubby, you might need to work out a bit, tone those muscles etc.

Does getting your period mean you are fat?

I havent had mine since june. and Im 17, 5'5'', and 110-112 lbs.
I run 5 miles or more 5 times a week, LOTS of crunches, pilates, leg lifts. and 2-3 times a week I do weights for toning. I also only eat 1200-1400 cals (never eat out) and all whole grain, whole foods, skim milk, fruits, veggies, salad, lean protein, etc.

So I am not terribly unhealthy.
but because I havent had my period since june, my doctor made me go on this pill to help me get my period back. but if I do get it back, does that mean I am fat? will it make me get a lot of body fat?

I feel like i'm about to (ive been on it for 4 days) and im bloated and crap. I only take it for 7 days though.

Does wearing medium cloths mean I'm fat?

Sisters can be brutal. Either ignore them, or move away. They are just like that. Mine are the same. Whatever they think, they say. I wear a medium, and sew. The size I sew is medium as well. I am not fat. I don't have large bones, but at a certain circumference, are larger than the clothing is cut for off the rack. That's why I sew my own. My sisters want to evaluate my body for cellulite, fat, makeup, hair. I quit. You will have to tell them to either stop providing unsolicited critiques of your size, or avoid them for good.
