Im Looking For A Non Smart Basic No Bells And Whistles Led Or Lcd Tv. Any Reccomendations

Which phone is best, the Xiaomi A1 or the Honor 7X?

A very hot question indeed. So the Xiaomi Mi A1 and the honor 7x are two of the best budget phones out there for the price below INR 15,000.The answer to your question is not as complex as everyone thinks it is. That's because the choice is based on the type of Android skin you like. If stock android is your thing then look no further and buy the Mi A1. It packs in almost pixel like android interface which not only is zippy to your response but also brings the fastest android updates. The Mi A1 promises updates untill android P that is two solid years of updates which is immensely good (the device may be supported for a longer time though). The honor 7x is some what a little more hard with its EMUI (emotion user interface) which is not much similar to stock android. Many customizations is what you get with it. It pays homage to iOS with it bubbly icons and many other features. If you can manage with the skin then you'll be greeted with a better and a more modern display with 18:9 ratio( which seems far more trendy in 2017).Now coming to the minor differences (that might necessarily make our break the phone)Though not much is expected of budget cameras, both the phones certainly don't disappoint. They have dual rear facing cameras. With the Mi A1 with a more practical use of dual cameras, it captures better portraits which the honor is not very good at.The front facing cameras are a different story though. The Mi A1 is not very good at selfies as the honor can take forward facing portraits hence, if you're a selfie head then go with honor 7xThe Mi A1 is an all round good performer with less bells and whistles and succeeds to maintain a Scandinavian form, while the honor 7x is a modernized incarnation of the more expensive honor devices. So this review is what you should be looking at when you're eyeing on these phones. Please do leave a like if it's helpful for i spent a considerable amount of time writing this. Thanks and happy scrolling!!

Already bored with my xperia Z, thinking of going back to iPhone!?

I have been an iphone fan since iPhone 3 and I have just recently got the xperia Z (sold my iPhone 4). I must say that the iPhone is pretty boring if not jailbroken but once you jailbreak it, its software potential is limitless.

Two things on the XZ (I got it less than 3 weeks ago) that makes me want to get rid of it and go back to the iPhone:

1. Dust and fingerprint - I am clean freak and this is driving me absolutely insane! I can't stop cleaning it every 5 minutes. I decided to put it in a case but I love the way a phone feels without the case.

2. Screen under sunlight - When brightness is maximum, being outdoor makes it really hard to see the screen whereas on my last iPhone 4 (not even 4s), maximum brightness makes everything clear even at different angles.

3. I'm getting tired of the flaps (headphones and charging) and I'm thinking after so many times of opening and closing them, they might wear out and therefore its waterproof ability will slowly disappear.

I could have gone for the HTC one but I can't afford it, given that it has higher specs than the XZ, obviously no one would want to swap it for the XZ.

So I am in this dilemma - This guy is exchanging is iPhone 5 for an xperia Z, would I make a huge mistake going for the iPhone 5?

Do you regret buying a Kindle?

Yes, About 1%.I bought a Kindle Paperwhite in the recent Amazon Sale.I got a great deal actually.I got the 11K device in just about 8K. I waited for some months to get a deal like this. Why did I not opt for basic Kindle? I will explain. This is the basic Kindle. It costs about 6K Rupees. It also has a 6″ inch display. The only cons,No built-in light or backlight. So you can’t read on this in a completely dark environment(can’t help such scenarios while traveling). You will always need a secondary light source to read the content.Screen Resolution is only 167 ppi (paperwhite has 300 ppi). Hence there is definitely some pixelation.Hence I waited for months for Paperwhite to be on discount. And when I did, I did not wait a second before ordering it.Here she is,I was more than happy to get one finally. But I got served a slight blot of disappointment on that happiness. I even replaced the paperwhite for a new one. The picture is of the replacement. So why did I replace it? Because I first thought I had received a defective piece. But alas, I searched it on the internet and came to know about a design fault in the Kindle Paperwhite.I will explain.See this,The backlight of Paperwhite is created by these 4 LEDs. Fine. Great. But they also create an unwanted wavy, dark line at the bottom of the Paperwhite. Each and every piece made. For clarity see these images,While on the commercial photo displayed, Amazon has clearly hidden this design flaw.Though I like the concept of saving paper, space and carrying thousands of books with me anywhere, but even after paying almost $150 for this device, I have to live with a design flaw, helplessly.Because I simply like the concept of a Kindle.Though I have learnt to ignore it, it doesn't feel the same when you had so much to expect in the first place. And, now, showing off my awesome Kindle cover before signing off :PFYI, the design I chose for cover is a very famous painting by Vincent Van Gogh called “Starry Night”.Image/s :My phone‘The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck’ by Mark MansonAmazon India

Why has Samsung gone totally crazy with coming out with so many different models of LED TVs?

I don't think they are going crazy at all. It's a simple matter of giving people what they want. Starting with the 4000 model, which is the basic 60Hz model with no real bells and whistles, the products start to add features. By having more models to choose from, the consumer isn't forced to buy a bunch of crap that they don't feel they need.

Here is a simple break-down found on Samsung's site that explains the differences in the models.
