I'm going to Japan in 13 days! I have a rough plan, needs refining!?
Ok, I'm flying to Japan on November 15th, will arrive late on the 16th, I will have a short term apartment in Tokyo for a month. I will also have a 21 day rail pass, I am planning on exploring tokyo a bit, and exploring the rest of the country until my rail pass expires, I want to see the hokkaido area, as well as Osaka and Kyoto, The other must do thing I have to do is to visit the Ghibli Museum, anything else that I *must* do?
I would like to study anime in Japan?
So before this question I asked another one and if you're interested you could look... I will repeat somethings, firstly I'm a 14 years old european girl. Since like two years ago I decided that I want to become an anime animator. I know that I need to know the language and if it is possible the culture . I'm working on this part, also I know that if I had no talent there would be no chance but I can't say I'm talentless, I'm working in the traditional way (with prismacolors and watercolors) but also in the digital way ( with a graphic tablet and photoshop ). I'm in my first year of highschool at a mathematics- informatics profile. I heard that in Japan college starts at 18 but I will finish highschool at 17 so I have another year to prepare. I would like to enroll in Tokyo Animation College ( a vocational college ) or if I can't get there in any animation college, The problem lies in the money. One year in that college cost 760, 000yen that means almost 8 135.8 U.S. dollars and the curriculum is for 3 years. No matter how much money I collect in 4 years I don't think there will be enough for even an year. Is there any scholarships (be it japanese or european ) the could help me with the payment? Could you list a few because even if I still have 4 years left I want to prepare already, I would really like to know if I can realize my dream or it will remain just a dream. Also any more details or advice that you think will help me would be great!
