Finding a good swim suit for disproportionate body?
I've looked at all the web sites telling tips on how to find a good suit. Like if you have short legs choose a high cut suit, chubby legs try boy shorts, etc. Well I'm all of the above! I have every issue finding a good fitting suit that doesn't look like it's meant for a 300 pound woman! I am 5'1 with short legs and short body, large chested (36DD-DDD), got a tummy (had 3 kids!) and my thighs are a problem area and I'd like them covered well. Any suggestions for a nice suit and what to look for? I'm sick of wearing shorts and tank tops to take my kids to the beach. Thank you!!!

Does one know of any good clothing stores for a 13-year-old?
Since I’m a 13-year-old girl as well, this is a great question for me to answer!Personally, I would suggest Forever 21 and H&M. Both have really trendy clothes, however H&M is a little pricey, considering my mother (yes, my parents divorced when I was six) is the cheapest person I know.If you want to get really affordable clothes, try the Juniors section at Ross, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls. These stores sell products either by indie brands or designer products at a discounted price (likely due to overstock or the product being discontinued.) There are also a lot of really trendy and cute clothes for all sizes there.If you’re looking for more childish clothes with crazy colors that look like they’d be perfect for a 9-year-old, try Justice. My mother used to buy me clothes from there all the time. 10/11 year old me thought that the sparkly clothes and crazy colors were awesome!If you love bands and more “emo” things, try Hot Topic. Hot Topic has some really nice merchandise for some of my favorite bands and artists (Melanie Martinez, anyone?) Is it weird for a 14 year old girl to wear a one piece bathing suit?
I'm going on a vacation this summer with my parents. I went shopping with my mum and my cousin, and they really want me to wear a bikini. The thing is, I'm too embarrassed to wear one. I'm not overweight, I just feel very uncomfortable because I'm showing too much skin (it feels as if I'm in my underwear) I told them that I want to wear a one piece, but they said that that'd be stupid and I'm too old to wear one. Is it really stupid? Should I just try to be more comfortable? If so, how do I become more comfortable? Thanks!
Asking about these bikinis and trying to be fair to daughter?
I know I have asked before and had lots of answers but I Agreed to ask for my daughter after a long good two way discussion with her. So please give us both your views as I am trying to be FAIR about this. My concerns about the bikinis are firstly the sliding triangle tops that the triangles barely cover her breasts. Secondly the bottoms adjust both back and front and will move about. Thirdly the type of material will make them very clinging when wet, I have seen her in them dry and it was bad enough. I have confiscated the bikinis and am tempted to dispose of them a few people on my questions recommended that I should also first destroy the bikinis. What do you think of the bikinis? Do you think they are suitable for a 14 yr-old wear? Will appreciate your view-point?

I am 14, and my parents wont let me get a swimsuit because they say it shows to much. should they let me?
I'm going to a swim party and all my friends will be there. And I'm the only one with a babyish looking swim suit. And i have a swim suit that i like and it doesn't show 2 much, but they wont let me buy it, I'm going to pay for it myself so they shouldn't be worried about money. My mom even told me that she had one at a younger age then me, its just that my dad keeps saying no. And my mom won't tell my dad that she had one at my age. I hate this and i don't know how to get them to change there minds so please tell me if you think that i should be able to get this swim suit, and how to convince my parents.

I'm a 14 year old girl, and I want to buy a new swimsuit - except I really don't know what type of swimsuit to buy. I don't want something too revealing, so I'm thinking about a tankini or something like that, but I have to admit that I'm pretty much clueless when it comes to fashion and things like that.
