You can keep the Excel file. When you save it as a csv file, you will be saving it as a second, different file. If you need to export it again after updating your main list, then save over the previous csv version. You won't lose or overwrite your original list. This just creates a new list that can be copied and pasted as you wish.

Hi. I am extracting a list of users from customer accounts to paste into an Excel sheet. The data I end up using is their name (which is hyperlinked with their email address), job title and phone number. I need to add a column which will automatically populate the actual email address from the hyperlink so I can save this document and then import it into Outlook. This is a lot of data, so manually typing in the email addresses doesn't make sense. Please help with a SIMPLE way to solve the problem. I know a bit about Excel but don't entirely understand Macros. Haven't been able to do an easy formula. Feeling frazzled! Can't relax until this is fixed! Thanks in advance!!!! In other words: Column A is NAME (hyperlinked with email address) Column B is EMAIL (need to show hidden email address from Col A)

I think you mean "import" a list into Contacts. Yes you can. If you go to the Contacts > Add Connections page, and click on the image that says "any Email," an option pops up that allows you to "Upload contacts file."
