In The New Email I Can

I can't compose mail in the new Yahoo Mail?

I am having the same issues! None of the browsers on my Mac (Chrome, FF, Safari, Opera) works. I can see, read, delete emails but cannot Reply, Forward or Compose. Tried it on my Windows 7 on the same connection and it works on IE (so my network settings should be okay), but again doesn't work on Chrome or FF. Tried all troubleshooting methods suggested by Yahoo (reboot, restart, disable add-ons, clear browser data and everything else) to no avail. I have temporarily fixed this by reverting back to Yahoo Mail Classic. It may not allow you to go back to Classic Mail but if you change your display setting to a lower resolution that what is needed to run the new Yahoo it will give you the option to go back. But that doesn't solve the problem that Yahoo hasn't been able to deliver a stable Mail after so much of beta testing and the worst is that they are forcing people to opt for this crappy 'New Mail'. The response that I got from their help desk was useless as well, just reiterating what is already written in their help section. I've been using Yahoo as my primary email for a long time now but I've started changing that to Gmail. Hope Yahoo does something soon before more damage is doen to its already falling reputation.

How do I view all my photos from emails with the new Yahoo Mail?

Unfortunately, the option is no longer available in the new version. I finally contacted a yahoo rep and was advised they removed this option....no good explanation given....The only way you can bring them up now is to find the email that contains the photo. This means you have to check your inbox....sent folder or any other place you may have saved them. You can also use MAIL SEARCH on your email page and enter something that relates to that email...IE: senders email address or subject matter ...to bring up that email. You can also enter PHOTOS and/or ATTACHMENTS in this search box, which brings up many, if not all, of your emails that has attachments/photos. I loved that option, but apparently Yahoo does not...=))

This is how to go back to Classic ... if you want to..

Go to , http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/mail/ym... and click on "click here" that follows "However, if you do not want to upgrade".

How do I find my new emails in Gmail?

Gmail will usually put new emails at the top unless it is considered spam or you have filtered your emails to go into folders (labels). It will also usually be white and go grey when you have read it.A good way of finding emails is to look in the All mail label. You can find this in the left-hand side navigation panel. They are in date order so the newest will be at the top.lIf you accidentally archive something before you are ready, 'All mail' can be a God send! The spam label is always a good place to check as well (also on the left navigation bar).

How can I switch to a new email?

Okay, this story is a bit complicated...basically I have numerous emails through yahoo, hotmail, and one through gmail. They are all connected to me being in a relationship with my fiance. (The name of the email basically ties back to my fiance by being my pet name, etc.) My fiance has decided that he no longer loves me and wishes to break off our engagement and wants me to move back home. (I moved to another country to be with him.)

So basically, is there a way that I can make a new email address without losing everything? All of my accounts are tied into my hotmail, and I don't want to lose everything. This includes shopping, paypal, tax information, etc. It would be highly annoying to have to change it all. Is there a way that I can make a new email, but have the emails from my old email address be automatically sent to the new one?

I want to create a new Yahoo email address &?

Why don't you just create an "Extra Email Address" for your existing account, that's what I did. Yahoo! Mail lets you create one extra email address and you use it exactly like your primary address, and get messages sent to both addresses delivered to one Inbox. An extra email address is a second Yahoo! Mail Address that you can use with your existing Yahoo! Mail account. It is NOT a separate Yahoo! ID, or a separate Mail account. You can use both your primary mail address and your Extra Email Address to send messages from and receive messages at the same mail account.

An "Extra Email Address" comes in handy if you have an existing mail address that is no longer suitable, that you don't like or don't want to use any more, or if you just sometimes have a need for a secondary address, but don't want to deal with the hassle of logging into and checking into multiple mail accounts. You also you get the flexibility of having an address that you want and can identify with.

To get an "Extra Email Address", follow the steps below:
1. While in Yahoo!, click on the "Mail Options" link.
2. Click on "Mail Addresses".
3. At the bottom of the page you will see a section on "Extra Email Addresses". Click on "Get Started" and follow the instructions to create an Extra Email Address.

If you decide to create a new Yahoo! Mail account you can go back later and delete your old account. Click on the following link to terminate your old account:

Edit:
You can "Import/Export" your contacts from one Yahoo! Mail account to another Yahoo! Mail Account. The following link gives you step by step instructions in how to do this. I just went to my own mail account to check it out and it is easy to do.

How do you attach an old email to a new, outgoing email?

I received emails from people with other emails attached - it always shows the little letter icon. I can attach doc and PDFs but can't figure out how to do so with an email. When I save the email I wish to attach it just saves it as text. Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

Happy Holidays!

If I delete my Instagram, can I create a new one, with the same email address?

Yes you can, or you could create a new email address using Gmail allowing you to create a new Instagram account. If you need a way of scheduling posts to multiple Instagram accounts, I am the founder of a social media tool called OneUp that allows you to schedule and automatically repeat your posts on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business, LinkedIn, and Instagram for only $5 per month.I am obviously biased, but I think it is the best tool for posting to multiple Instagram accounts. Here are some of the features:Posting to multiple pages - For people who are posting to more than one social network at a time, OneUp makes it easy to post to FB Pages and Groups, LinkedIn profiles and pages, Twitter, Pinterest, Google My Business, and Instagram (including Stories) all at once.Repeating post - OneUp gives you the option to repeat your posts automatically. This allows you to resurface old posts that otherwise would have never been seen again. Also for anyone that has a Facebook Group with daily themes that repeat every week (such as "Make it happen Monday"), OneUp makes it easy to entirely automate this.RSS feed automation - If there are any blogs, publications, podcasts, or YouTube channels that put out good content consistently, you can add the RSS feed links in OneUp, then whenever new content is posted from those places, it is automatically shared to the pages you select.Chrome Extension - Using the OneUp Chrome extension, you can easily schedule many images at once from any website, such as sunsets for example. You can choose which images from the website you want to post to social media, bulk update or individually update the descriptions and links for each post, then schedule them to be posted with a set interval (such as every 60 minutes), or choose custom dates and times for all of them.Analytics - OneUp lets you see which posts are getting the best engagement.Customizable UTM parameters - OneUp lets you customize UTM parameters so you can keep track of how your links are performing in Google Analytics.Link Shortening - Connect your Bitly account and OneUp will automatically shorten any links and allow you to track clicks through Bitly.

How do I delete all my emails and start over with a new email address?

Do you really never want to receive email from that address again? You have no games or business or banking that you want to get updates on? No friends that have your old email that you want to ever hear from?  If you do, you can forward email from your old address to your new one. If you truly never want anything from the old email, there is usually an option (usually used for vacations) where you can have the email held on the server. Then never check it again. As far as how to delete all your old mail, it depends on what email client you are using. Usually you can go to the menu, select all and delete whatever is showing. Keep deleting until it is all gone.Microsoft (Hotmail) and Google (gmail) both have free email for your new account.Hope that helps.
