If i clear data on the Instagram app, will I be deleting my account ?
Every time I sign in on my phone, it says "Error Account Disabled.." but I can still log in on my computer at home or my mom's iPad. I didn't violate the Community Guideline or Terms of Use. I changed my IP address but that didn't work. I read that if I clear my data it will be set back how it was when I first downloaded the app on my phone but I don't want to delete my account. I also don't want to lose all of my pictures. Please help. Thank You.
Why won't Instagram let me follow people just did a mass unfollowing?
Hey there,Give it about 24 hours, and you’ll be able to follow people again.Your mass unfollowing would have triggered a spam algorithm. Mass following, followed by unfollowing is a spamming tactic to grow audiences. Luckily, the penalty is only temporary and will be lifted within 24 hours. Just be cautious moving forward as your account may be flagged for future suspicious activity.Hope this helps!

Why do people unfollow you on instagram when you don't follow back?
Some of them want to have more and more followers (there are popularity contests in all social networks) so they follow you but then they think if they unfollow you you won't notice and keep following them. They try to have a big follower to following ratio. And also many of them don't care about the pictures you post. It's just a popularity contest.

Why do people make their accounts private on Instagram?
It's a lot safer with a private profile. That way,they can give permission to people who want to follow. Someone like yourself could see personal pictures of the person, see who the person follows, and figure out their interests. Using this information and pictures, you could figure out where they love, where they go to school, how old they are, and all sorts of personal weaknesses. Also, once someone puts something on the internet, it is no longer personal. Someone will see it. Please don't stalk people. It's creepy and quite dangerous.

Boyfriend following girl who posts dirty pics on instagram?
I was scrolling through my news feed on instagram and it showed up that he started following this chick. I really am not a stalkerish gf but this girl had a kind of inappropriate pic so i decided to check her out. Here's the thing, she has several thousand followers and she's only following a few people. She's not following my bf so he definitely found her and initiated it. I wouldn't mind so much, except her pictures are all almost half naked or just really provocative. I googled her name thinking maybe she's famous and her pic didn't come up, but all these other almost naked girls showed up instead. Anyways, we are both christians and have been in a non-fighting, committed relationship for a year that's been anything but bad. Our parents and friends both support us and think our relationship is great. He's very sweet and respectful to me and I've never felt the need not to trust him. I'm really good about giving him space, I'm confident, and I'm not obsessive, but this has made me concerned. It's like if he has me, why is he following this girl who's essentially trying to show off her body. What is his point in this... I just want some other opinions.
