Instagram video problem?!?
So I can see videos and everything I can make and upload them but once their uploaded my voice in all the videos are distorted and in slow motion like everytime, like ive tried downloading it and uninstalling it over and over but nothing changes idk if its just me but I wanna make videos without any changes to my voice! Can somebody help me!

So, about a year ago i got a warning on my account about a picture and instead of pushing "OK" I got worried and pushed the back button on my phone and ever since then when i log in, the same message pops up but when i push "OK" nothing happens, I have tried doing it on MANY devices from computers to phones. I sent Instagram 7 email about this since the incident happens but have got no reply. I try searching similar problems on google but there is nothing. PLEASE HELP. I worked hard for 500 followers and have been struggling to get them back PLEASE HELP

Temporary deactivation is only available via desktop. To solve your problem try logging in via the mobile app. You will get a notification indicating that Instagram is not finished deactivating your account, and to try logging back in in a few hours.
What does in my cup mean on instagram?
Im doing the October Challenge on instagram. Todays pic is "in my cup"....does this mean i take a pic of what im drinking in my cup? i dont want to make a fool of myself posting a pic of juice instead of it meaning something else. Please tell me what it means...thx
