Yes they can still see your posts because they are still following you. You’ll need to block them permanently or block them briefly, set your account to private, and then unblock them.

So I have a private "Finsta". With this account, I followed one of my friends, and this person had a private account, but I'm now able to view their posts since they accepted my follow request. If they accept my follow request, would my account then also become unblocked to them, or would they need to follow me and would I have to accept that follow request if they were to do that in order for that to happen?
