Internet Explorer 11 Plays Every Single Ad Embedded In Websites Super Annoying Help

Why is this "Attention Required! One more step. Please complete the security check to access www.xyz.com" displaying whenever I'm accessing a website?

This is legit security for the site to protect it against potential threats (like DDOS). Either you're using a proxy server or for whatever reason the site believes you are visiting from a restricted IP or a restricted country. Fill in the captcha and visit your site. BTW, hopefully you have decent anti-virus software on your computer (run it now to make sure your computer isn't unknowingly distributing malware) - just entering a captcha is rarely dangerous. It's when a file is installed on your computer that you need to worry. Why do I see a captcha or challenge page (Attention Required) trying to visit a site protected by CloudFlare as a site visitor?

How do I stop auto buffering of videos in Facebook?

Facebook has quite recently actualized another component where any video you experience will consequently begin as you look down your Facebook newsfeed. By and by I was not very awed with this conduct and began jabbing around for an approach to turn it off. Turns out, it was entirely easy to do. Give me a chance to demonstrate to you proper methodologies to kill programmed video spilling in Facebook. Here I mention the ways you can go through to stop video buffering :In your program, tap on the little descending pointing bolt on the upper right corner of the Facebook page, at that point look down to 'settings'. Next snap "Video" on the base left segment and you will see your record's 'Auto-play Videos' settings which has a little box enabling you to pick "On" or 'Off . Select "Off" and recordings won't play until the point that you choose to click them.Drop Down Menu>Settings>Videos>OffBear in mind that (as the picture above shows) the auto-play video settings need to done again in the portable application. In the Facebook portable application, tap the symbol on the upper right of the screen (it just looks like three level lines). This will take you to the 'Help and Settings' screen. Next select App Settings. At that point tap 'Video Auto-Play', you will then be made a request to choose from 'On , "Off" or 'Wi-Fi just' which will confine video auto playing to times when you are associated with a Wi-Fi system, and in this way not stumbling out your versatile information design.Help & Settings >App Settings>Video Auto-Play>OffHope it helps :)

Why should I use DuckDuckGo instead of Google?

DuckDuckGo (DDG)'s main selling point is they don't track you. From their website:We don't store your personal infoWe don't follow you around with adsWe don't track you. Ever.Google on the other hand tracks you a lot. Considering they own Gmail, YouTube and many other big platforms they can collate a lot of information about you by your browsing habits. For them, this is a good thing - they can give you more of what you want and less of what you don't.For users, this can be a good thing too. Google knows I like (say) Arsenal FC so they surface more content like that to me.On the other hand, you get:Targeted ads following you around, based on your online behaviour(ever looked at new shoes online then had ads for those same shoes (and similar) showing to you for days? This is that in action.)You can get an 'echo chamber' effect - if you have political views of one strand, you're more likely to see things you agree with, rather than jave your views challenged. Could be seen a good - I think this is bad.The machines haven't got this quite right - yet. If your wife/husband/kids use your device you get shown ads for the things they looked at.But they're getting better at this.At the end of the day you have to decide how comfortable you are exchanging your data for things/services.Lots of surveys show people are, generally, happy to share their data if it means they get a better, more personalised service. Some aren't. Those people probably use DuckDuckGo.The irony is, a lot of them probably use it via the Chrome browser. And guess who owns that? ☺And no, going “incognito” doesn't have the same effect.
