Ipad/iphone Help How Can I Fix This Problem

How do you fix WiFi problems on an iPhone?

Many users have reported that they’ve solved their issues by disabling Wi-Fi Networking under Settings > Privacy > Location Services > System Services. This only relates to your location being used for Wi-Fi Networking, so it doesn’t disable Wi-Fi entirely. Most networking related issues I’ve experienced have been fixed after resetting network settings. Resetting these settings flushes caches and clears DHCP settings and other networking related info. To reset network settings, open the Settings app and navigate to Settings > General > Reset and tap on Reset Network Settings. If none of these tips fix your issues, the last resort is to restore your iPhone or iPad via iTunes, and set it up as a new device. This way, you start afresh, and get rid of possibly problematic customisations and settings on your device. Follow the instructions in the post linked below to do a clean restore to the latest version of iOS via iTunes. If there are any accidental data loss during this process, this software might helps. http://goo.gl/Gjnl8z

IPhone and iPad battery problems?

Hello there,

So first off thank you for clicking here in attempt to answer my question.

So I have an iPhone and an iPad, and I saw a difference in battery life after I jail broke them. My iPhone battery drains especially quick, and I also notice this with my iPad. Now I am wondering if I should unjailbreak them and take them to Apple, or if there is something I can do to fix this problem. I noticed that my iPad will stay on 100% for a long time, and then drain quickly. Another thing that I found might be a problem, is that I never let my phone or iPad die. My iPad I've had for 2 weeks has never died, but after I jailbroke I saw battery drainage with it, even with no tweaks/apps installed. My iPhone battery is just shot. As I write this message it's already lost about 6% of battery, and I'm a fast Typer. I have no tweaks or apps on my iPhone, yet it still drains like crazy! I want my good battery life back on both devices. What should I do?

Thanks!

Can an iOS update help fix problems with the new iPad?

I have read that the new iPad has a very hot over heating problem and an issue with the battery, where if it says it's at 100%, it's really not. I'm wondering if apple could genuinely just fix the problems with a future iOS update, or is that something wrong with the hardware inside the new iPad? I am curious because if it is an easy fix with iOS, then I will go to get the new iPad, but if it's the hardware, I can wait until apple solves these problems. I'm just curious about that.

Thanks.

ITunes problem: can't sync ipad, iphone after reinstalling Windows XP?

I had to reinstall Windows on my PC, and obviously I also downloaded itunes once again. But now i can't sync my ipad and iphone! I want to add new songs on my iphone and I can't!

When I try to "sync music" it says //"Are you sure you want to remove existing music, movies,TV shows, books and tones from this iphone? "---"---"from other itunes libraries will be removed and items will be synced from this itunes library."//

SO, should I click "remove and sync" or what?! What exactly will happed after that, what information/files/apps will be deleeted?? I am afraid of losing all my photos and videos! It's not a big problem if the songs dissapear, but just not the photos. How to solve this problem??

Mail is intermittently not downloading on my iPhone and iPad?

Starting a few hours ago, I've been having issues downloading mail to my iPhone and iPad using the built-in Mail app. From what I can tell, there are intermittent issues with the IMAP servers.

Changes to flags and unread status will propagate as will deletions of mail messages, but messages themselves won't download most of the time. The Mail app will say "download 1 or x messages" and the progress bar will appear, but then it disappears and no mail is downloaded.

It seems to depend on which of the apple.imap.mail.yahoo.com servers my iPhone/iPad connects to. Since these are on round robin, if the iPhone/iPad connects to a problem server, mail won't download. If it connects to a working one, it will work. This has the effect of mail sometimes not downloading on either my iPhone or iPad or sometimes downloading on one, but not the other.

I'm currently tracking the connections my devices make and currently I'm seeing the following servers working or not working (though this has changed).

Working:

98.139.212.64 - vcs-u3-star-i-myc.mail.vip.bf1.yahoo.com
98.139.172.225 - vcs-u2-star-i-myc.mail.vip.bf1.yahoo.com

Broken:

98.139.244.126 - vcs-star-i-myc-mail.vip.vf1.yahoo.com
98.138.24.48 - vcs-u2-star-i-myc.mail.vip.ne1.yahoo.com
98.138.215.4 - vcs-star-im-yc.mail.vip.ne1.yahoo.com

From what I can tell, the IMAP message id's are being reported wrong on the broken servers so the download fails. How can I get Yahoo to fix this?
