Why does my iPhone 6 vibrate but I see no notifications?
One reason that I personally encounter often is the ‘dodgy’ charging cable (and who hasn’t had one of those?): when the phone switches between charging states it will simply vibrate if in silent or DND mode. If your phone is plugged in, look to the battery icon to see if charging is intermittent and coincides with the vibrating.
My iphone 5 randomly vibrates with no notifications. Could it be whatsapp?
So my iphone has been literally vibrating randomly throughout the day recently, with no new notifications or banners that I can see. Funnily enough, the random vibrations, to the best of my knowledge, didn't start until I downloaded whatsapp a week ago. Could the app have to do with it? What's happening? What causes Gmail to not give push notifications on an iPhone?
If you are using referring to Browser notification by Gmail, then it is because iOS does not support browser notifications for any browser including Safari.

Tap it and check your notification settings. Also check to make sure Do Not Disturb is not turned on. (It is really easy to accidentally turn it on in Control Center). You can tell if Do Not Disturb is on if there is a moon at the top of the iPhone screen next to the location, bluetooth, and battery indicators.If none of that works, you could try doing a Factory Restore.That’s about all you can do short of taking it to an Apple Store or buying a new phone. (Hey, it’s an iPhone 4 — maybe its time.)
Not receiving notifications from Yahoo messenger on iPhone or iPad?
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting theYahoo app, resetting my network.. And even signing out and then in...I called customer service and they sent me something about email issues..clearly not what i called in about, it is starting to drive me crazy because no matter what I do.. It will not work...is it safe for me to assume it is the yahoo messenger app having issues? Please help..solutions/suggestions
Will you get a missed call notification if your iphone is off?
So I had my iphone turned off for about an hour and turned it back on at 7:00pm and recieved a text message alert and the time of the text message showed 6:13pm. My question is: if someone had called me while the phone was off would it alert me of that missed call? Or no because there was no voicemail left? Im trying to figure out if someone who said they called me is lying...

hi, so I have an iPhone 5 and my software thingy is iOS 6.1.4 (whatever that means) I'm having trouble figuring out how to get notification for kik. I have been getting the notifications like this "New Kik Message" but instead I want it like this "Name: Message" sorry if that makes no sense but hopefully someone can help me. thanks !
IOS 5 push notifications not working?
I installed iOS 5 and ever since the push notifications on my phone have not been working for anything except the regular messaging app. If I open my Facebook or mail app I have notifications and new e-mail that I do not get push notifications for. After I open the app the do appear in the notification bar though. I have double checked and notifications for these apps are turned on and set to notify me. Is anyone else having this problem or is it just me?
