Ipod 4g 32gb Wont Turn On Unless Plugged In And When Plugged In Keeps Rebooting.

What can I do about an iPod that won't hold charge?

If it's an iPod Touch, you have a few options;Find a use for it somewhere where it can be permanently plugged inTake it into the Apple Store and have them replace the battery (probably your best bet if it's still under warrantyTake it to another repair store, this will probably be cheaper than Apple if your warranty has expiredIf you're feeling adventurous, you could attempt to replace the battery yourself. But only use this as a last resort! First, look up step by step instructions to follow and read them before attempting anything and buy a cheap battery and tool set on eBay (I bought an iPhone 4S battery with tools for AU$5). I bought such a kit for my 4S and replaced the battery myself (it was surprisingly easy) and it works fine! Because my battery was so cheap it doesn't last the whole day, but it works. Remember that as soon as you open the iPod the warranty is voided.Hope this helps, thanks for the A2A!

Is an Apple iPhone clone worth buying?

It depends on what you want in a phone. In years past I would have easily said, “Yes.”, but with all of the complications that I have had these past few weeks with Apple CS….it’s personally not worth $700 and be locked out of my account….even though I can provide credit cards, state I.S., credit cards, I picture of my happy face, social security cards. My addresses, my buying history, answers to all of my secret questions, they won’t budge. Treating a customer as a criminal isn’t cool and not worth the money. This is where I am at, as you can see, short of knocking Tim Cook’s door or taking a vacation so I can find an Apple store…every reasonable thing to do a simple PW recovery for my account.I will probably get the Google phone because it ties into “Google Photos”. I can’t even access my pictures…..when I HAVE PAYED FOR STORAGE….with Google Pixel, my media is stored for free and if my account has troubles…recovery has never been an issue with Google. With the Apple Iphone’s getting (seemingly) more expensive….you would think that their CS would scale and be stress-free, that’s just not the case. When you pay your $1,000 for your iPhone X and can’t access your pictures….ask yourself if you should have purchased the iPhone.

How long does an iPad last?

I still have the first generation iPad I bought in 2010, and it still works. The battery life at this point (~7 years) isn't more than a few hours, and it's stuck on an old OS so it's not very useful anymore. It does still work fine, though. Many wife is using the second iPad I bought in 2013, I believe. That is a third gen. It's running iOS 9, and most if not all software runs fine on it. Too slowly for me, but my wife doesn't care. The screen still looks about as good as it did when it was new. When I eventually upgrade to a new one, I'm sure my wife will take over my current iPad Pro.Keep in mind that the battery is a limiter. Li-polymer batteries tend to work well for four or more years, though their capacity will decline over time. This is true for ALL batteries in all devices. No battery works forever.iPads last a long time.

IPod overload?

First try plugging your ipod into a different usb port. If that does not work, you have to restore it. This has happened to me before, it's horrible b/c you lose all of your songs and have to download them all over again. Unless you managed to keep all of the songs you download on your computer, you are out of luck and need to download the songs all over again........ this is why i no longer have an ipod, i gave it to my friend. Mp3 players are easier to work with
