I do sprinting in track and i go to the gym and lift weights about 5 days a week. I have a 13 year old sister and she weighs 110 lbs. She athletic too. So, your just fine. Oh, and i'm the one you answered about the whole randall and andy thing... no i don't have feelings for Andy and i never did. I just started dating randall about a month ago, and I really like him. He treats me amazingly well. 5'7 and 108 lbs a healthy weight?

so i'm a 16 year old female, im 5 ft. 7 in. and 108 lbs. My parents keep nagging me saying im too thin because my hips and ribs stick out a bit. I however... am perfectly fine with the way i look. I used to weigh 125 lbs about a year ago, but due to finding out i have a wheat allergy, and IBS i have lost weight. is 108 lbs. truly healthy for my height or do i need to gain weight? if so how much? I really don't want to gain a ton of weight and look like i did at 125 because i really wasn't happy there.

You are not fat. If anything you are underweight. If you feel that you have some areas that could use some work as far as looking more toned you should try joining a gym and if not lift light weights with more repetitions to scuplt and tone. Using heavy weights will make you muscular. Do some crunches for your stomach and some squats for your legs.
