That rig can do near maxed out 60 fps at 768p. No problem. Only texture will needed to be set at High rather than very high in few games. Infact, those textures are meant for 4k so you will notice no difference at all.Also for, 60 fps you need the following gpu as per resolution:720p = 1050ti/ Rx5701080p (High)= Gtx 1060 6gb/rx 580 8gb or 4 gb1080p (maxed out)= gtx 1070 / Vega 56/ Vega 641440p (High)= gtx 1070 / Gtx 1080/ Vega 56/ Vega 641440p (maxed out)= gtx 1080ti4k (High) = gtx 1080ti4k (Maxed Out)= 2 x gtx 1080tiStill this is not enough for constant 60 fps, there will be tad bit throttling here and there depending on your cpu an situation of game.CPU wise a locked 60 fps is achievable by all i7 after 3rd gen or i5 8400 or above. CPU requirement doesn’t changes with games.There are certain settings in games like shadows distance in fallout 4, draw distances in Gta V etc which do impact it. But mostly cpu requirement is like a fixed norm independent of settings and resolution and depends on games, os, ram and the cpu itself.
