Is A Blood Pressure Of 110/50 Normal

Is 110/70 normal blood pressure?

Yup, it looks normal, but if you have amy doubts about your blood pressure or cardiac health you should consult a doctor. Actually it’s recommended that we do general tests once an year for early detection of any health issues. My personal trick to maintain good heart health is exercise, diet and Omega 3 (I’m a bit obsessed with it because in my family we have a history of heart issues).Of course, I’m not a professional athlete, but I like walking, swimming and hiking in the weekends. My diet is low at fats and sugar and trying to maintain a good amount of proteins, fiver and omega 3 (of course I also eat carbs). Since with modern day diet I can’t really obtain enough Omega 3, I get my daily optimal dose (2–3 grams/day) with supplements. I would advise everyone to do their research and test different fish oils. The one I like best if Intelligent Labs’ Omega 3 (here in case you want to check it out) because of the high quality and the fact that unlike other sups it doesn’t leave a fishy taste in my mouth.

If 110/70 is normal blood pressure, what is the normal range for the "low number" for a young female adult?

If 110/70 is normal blood pressure, what is the normal range for the "low number" for a young female adult? Thanks for the A2A. “Normal” blood pressure is considered to be 120/80. The 120 is the systolic and the 80 is diastolic. As you mention, 110/70 is also “normal”. This is because the difference between the systolic pressure and the diastolic pressure is the same. A significant number when it comes to blood pressure, is the difference between systolic and diastolic.Blood pressure readings are not static, they vary quite a bit. Activity and other things impact blood pressure levels. There is no need to panic if one blood pressure reading is a little higher or lower than normal, when there are no other issues. It is also important to understand that the “normal” blood pressure for one person is not the same as it is for another person. When I was in the hospital for a few months at age 19, a new nurse was doing BPs and seeing my BP was 90/60 she panicked, called the house doctor stat, etc. However, my normal BP was 90/60. It is a good idea when taking a BP, to do it 2 or 3 times spread out over a day or two at least, to validate the ‘normal’ for an individual. Of equal importance is considering all of the person, not just their blood pressure. A 19 year old girl who normally has a BP of 90/60 and is exhibiting no other abnormalities, is usually not in imminent danger, despite the fact that her BP is considered to be “low.”Here is a chart of some alleged norms:from What Your Blood Pressure Should Be (Photos)

Is a blood pressure of 110/50 normal?

There is no normal when it comes to blood pressure; however, I am assuming you want to know whether that is healthy or not. That is an healthy BP. 110 is great, the 50 is a bit on the low side though. The perfect BP is consider 120/80. Hypotension starts at 90/60. So that 50 is quite below that. However, its not deathly serious. Monitor it for now, and if you see a pattern of 50 occurring, you may want to talk to your doctor about it.

How good is 100/60 blood pressure?

Low BP is good unless it is so low that you have symptoms of lightheadedness. If you were a young woman this type of BP is common. If a person always has this type of BP, that is not an issue.Be sure your sphygmomanometer is accurate by checking on another unit. also check on both arms to be sure that you don’t have a partly blocked artery on one side which could cause a lower reading. Also if this was taken with a wrist unit, check on an arm units: the wrist machines are famously inaccurate.

Is a blood pressure of 120 over 54 good?

If you feel fine with your blood pressure at 120/54 than it is probably good for you..Some may feel light headed with a blood pressure that low, Also blood pressure changes every few minutes and needs to be taken while sitting than while standing. If when standing you feel light headed its probably because its too low. You can actually faint while standing if its too low. Check with your doctor and he can do several test to check to see if you have a problem with your blood pressure. There are some medicine's that can make it go low, like pain medicine for example or benzodiazipines.

My blood pressure is 110/50, is this low diastolic pressure normal or not?thanks!?

yesterday morning i measured my BP, the result was 110/50
today i measured it again and it was 110/50, and i was somehow worried about my diastolic pressure (i know it should be around 80), so i was wondering if you could help me understanding why it's too low!
by the way, i am 19 and i hadn't had any heart failure or cardiovascular problems.(i think so!)

My blood pressure is 110/50 is it low?

normal except for a little high pulse pressure(60) no need to panic

Can someone please tell me if my blood pressure is normal?

Everyone's heart rate and blood pressure go up during exercise. If it didn't then that means your not working hard enough. What would be worrisome is if you got those same numbers when you were not exercising. Your BP and pulse drop during periods of rest(sleeping) and thru out the day go up in response to stress, exercise and eating a lot of salty food. There is a point when exercising that you can go over your max heart rate, but it not harmful just exhausting. Your body can not efficiently pump enough blood(oxygen) to supply your muscles and you start getting cramps. The numbers you listed should not worry you unless you start getting chest pain, or if they do not return to normal after resting. Normal BP is around 120/80, but everyone fluctuates constantly during the day, and everyone operates at their own normal ranges.
