Is A Jail Id Sufficient Enough To Pick Up Ur Greyhound Ticket

Does greyhound accept visa/debit card?

The reason you did not get many responses for your question is it was placed into the wrong category, Family and Relationships instead of travel.

Yes, you can use either to reserve a ticket in advance. However, that card should be in the passenger's name, or else a surcharge may be applied. In Canada, for instance, if the card holder is not traveling, a Web Only Fare, which may be discounted, is no longer applicable, and a standard fare or the regular advanced purchase fare are the only options you may select.

The reference number and valid photo ID are required to pick up tickets. As an option, you can create a pick-up password for the traveler to use as ID when picking up the tickets.

Greyhound asks that you arrive at the counter at least one hour before departure to receive your ticket and check luggage, if applicable. At most stations, a half an hour should be sufficient, however that rule is in place because in some scenarios, long lines may form, and seats, while "reserved" are really first come first served. They use this one hour rule as an excuse when they are pushing passengers onto the next available bus when they overbooked.

Special rules apply for passengers under the age of 15 who are traveling alone. More Info. is available at the source below.

I got a ticket, i need advise.?

I know this is not what you want to hear but regardless of what you think, you are at fault & here is why:
The guy who made the right just before your left HAD THE RIGHT OF WAY, not you. When making a left turn you are required to yield the right of way to all on coming traffic until safe to make your turn. It was not safe for you to turn because you did not wait for the guy to clear the intersection sufficiently for you to clear the intersection.
Heck if that isn't enough, in CA you cannot legally enter an intersection until you have sufficent room to clear the intersection [gridlock law].
That said, you may still have a defense depending on what code section he wrote charged. Look up that section & see if it applies to this situation. If after reading the section, it fits what you did then you will likely be found guilty. If it does not fit, then you have a defense. Present the defense to the judge.

THANKS for the clarification on the green light. That changes things a lot. I am still wondering just what did the cop cite you for, what was the citation section. There is still the possibility of gridlock [22526VC] though you would have a fair defense since when you started your turn there was sufficient clearance. The truck exiting the parking lot violated your right of way and that prevented you from safely making it through the intersection.

If you are arrested, or picked up for questioning, how long can you be held before you are allowed a lawyer?

nicely i presumed it became 40 8 or seventy two hours to be held without being formally charged. as far as getting an legal expert, why interior the hell might he watch for an arraignment? Arraignment is while they study expenditures and ask for a plea of responsible or not responsible. If it became me, i might hire an legal expert that deals with the detention center or a minimum of is conscious the city's attractiveness. i might do it at the instant. permit's look at it like this: what in the event that they arrive to a decision there is not sufficient data yet so as that they're going to wait till extra comes around previously they actually record criminal expenditures. Then what? Will he wait indefinately previously they proceed? i think of it relatively is a risk in a small city, and worse. hire an legal expert at the instant previously any (extra) of his rights are violated. area of the form is due technique and rapid trial!

Usually, when it gets to the mailman, if it is your regular carrier who has benn on a route long enough to know all the names it will be delivered.I have a route I do as a sustitute that has several rather large apt. Complexes. Typically if a person gets a fair amount of mail and has been a resident for a while I know which apt it is. The problem lies in business mail, utilities, banks, insurance places that send mail to you frequently.  There is no reason for this type of mail not to have an apt #. It is best to send it back or else it will be a recurring problem. A care package feom a relative, ect we typically make an effort to figure it put. Packages that YOU placed an order for online should have an APT # we will usually try to figure it out, but if we can't it will get sent back. It takes time to figure these things out, and time is money, but so is repeat business. It is a delicate balance. Tip the scale in your favor by making sure all information is available.

It likely depends on the warrant (traffic related or type of other criminal warrant) and the validity of your current drivers license and the states involved. If you have a non-extraditable warrant for a minor offense that is not related to motor vehicle, then you MAY not have an issue getting a license as long as your current license is clean. If the warrant is related to a motor vehicle issue and the license is suspended , and the new issuing state requires evidence of the current license, then I suspect there will a problem with the issue of a new license. In my experience, I know people with a non-driving related warrant in another state who have received a new license in another state. Many states require surrender of the old license at the time of the new licensing ; however, I know there are some exceptions.I suggest calling the motor vehicle department and just ask them, or the best advise i can give is  to face the music and take care of that warrant .They never go awayIf the warrant is criminal, see an attorney for legal advice.

I need a good Joke. NO YO' MAMMA OR SHORT BLONDE JOKES?

Here is a great one:

She spent the first day packing her belongings into boxes, crates and suitcases. On the second day, she had the movers come and collect her things. On the third day, she sat down for the last time at her beautiful dining room table by candlelight, put on some soft background music, and feasted on a pound of shrimp, a jar of caviar, and a bottle of Wine. When she had finished, she went into each and every room and deposited a few half-eaten shrimp shells, dipped in caviar, into the hollow of the curtain rods. She then cleaned up the kitchen and left.

When the husband returned with his new girlfriend, all was bliss for the first few days. Then slowly, the house began to smell. They tried everything; cleaning and mopping and airing the place out. Vents were checked for dead rodents, and carpets were steam cleaned.

Air fresheners were hung everywhere. Exterminators were brought in to set off gas canisters, during which they had to move out for a few days, and in the end they even paid to replace the expensive wool carpeting. Nothing worked. People stopped coming over to visit. Repairmen refused to work in the house. The maid quit...

Finally, they could not take the stench any longer and decided to move. A month later, even though they had cut their price in half, they could not find a buyer for their stinky house. Word got out, and eventually, even the local Realtors refused to return their calls. Finally, they had to borrow a huge sum of money from the bank to purchase a new place.

The ex-wife called the man, and asked how things were going. He told her the saga of the rotting house. She listened politely, and said that she missed her old home terribly, and would be willing to reduce her divorce settlement in exchange for getting the house back...

Knowing his ex-wife had no idea how bad the smell was, he agreed on a price that was about 1/10th of what the house had been worth...But only if she were to sign the papers that very day. She agreed, and within the hour, his lawyers delivered the paperwork.

A week later, the man and his new girlfriend stood smirking as they watched the moving company pack everything to take to their new home... including the curtain rods...

When An Inmate Gets Released From Prison..?

Depends on if it is prision or jail.

Since the jail is located usually where the inmate lives they are just put out the door.

but since when sent to prision the inmate is relocated to the facility that meets his crime (high security, medium, low) they are most times relocated far from their hometown so prisions usually buy the inmate a oneway busfare to a destination of their choice.

I was sheriff's deputy and was told this by inmates also when I ride the VA's transport van to medical appointments that are far away we stop at a McDonalds to pick up additional riders from a city that is along the route to the VA facility.

Right next to the McDonalds is a greyhound pick up. I have seen on several occasions released inmates waiting for a greyhound bus. They are all wearing the same white t shirts blue jeans and they all have a cardboard box taped up with their name written on it. So I am assuming this is what they are

ADDITION: Also inmates make a very low wage for work they perform while incarserated the money for bus fare could come from that money. I think they make something like 33 cents an hour or something like that. I am not sure becuase I was never really involved in prision work as a sheriff's deputy

I am sure if prisions were just letting inmates out with no way of returning home the community the prision was in would be in an uproar for them letting people who are criminals loose on the streets with no way to get home. This would make the community vunerable to the inmates stealing or robbing to find a way home. it wouldnt be prudent or safe for the community the prision is located in

I have worked in airline for 10 years and travelled to more then 60 countries and bring my stuff to literally every country for the 1–2 days stay I have. Maybe it was addiction or may be it was lifestyle but life was good with it so I had figured out all the various hacks of passing through security. The security agents don’t really care about small quantity of drugs, what they are more concerned is about the flight safety. So I would have small quantities wrapped on my balls or even made is flat on my handkerchief and kept at the back pocket. I would never ever leave the stuff in the any of the bags but on me.I know how security works in each and every country and what exactly are they trying to look for so as long as no one knows that I have my small stash there would be no way for security agents to know it either unless they see it on my face. The trick is to forget that you have your stash with you and behave as normal as you can. Don’t overdo anything like packing it in your bag or sealing it silver foil or things that might be suspicious and a small quantity in any part of the world should be ok.Even the dogs can’t sniff it trust me on it because most of the dogs were looking for food items which are prohibited to be bought in a particular country.Yes, I would never bring my stash to country where drugs are penalty to death.I used to smoke for 15 years every single day and 3–4 joints a day and it’s been 2 years that I am clean now and enjoying a different high of life
