Why is anger considered immature?
Actually, it seems like emotion is immature. I'm 23 and I am a pretty emotional guy. I'm not a drama queen or "emo", but I am emotional and I am angry a lot. I also prefer emotional and angry music (not always though). It just bothers me that it is considered immature...mostly because I don't understand why. Is it because people equate anger in general with teen angst ("my parents don't let me do anything"). Is all "angry" music immature (Linkin Park maybe, but all?)

Is playing video games immature?
CAN playing video games be immature? Certainly. Just like there are multiple adult children right now... 30+ year old kids that still haven't matured mentally. Nothing wrong with them, I'm not saying that they are mentally disabled. I'm just saying they never learned responsibility or discipline... or many of the things that go into becoming mature.IS playing video games immature? Not in and of itself. The simulators our astronauts and pilots train in are nothing but really big and complicated video games. Sure, this is one of the more extreme examples, but it does go to show that the idea of playing the game doesn't automatically equate to immaturity.There are professionals who play video games. Because they are more mature and spend time doing things for other people... or spend time earning money to support a family, they have less time to spend playing video games. Ergo an adult who has chosen to spend time playing video games, over fulfilling existing obligations, may be seen as immature because they have abdicated their responsibilities because of their choice to play games... not because playing the games is immature.
I laugh and joke a lot does that make me immature?
I'm 40 and barely have a serious bone in my body! Life is way too short! There are far too many "serious" things out there! Live life - laugh - have fun - love - enjoy it all! I (seriously) think the biggest problem you face, you answered yourself..."I am a very happy person". I would bet you that the person who called you immature is not so happy. Miserable (or just unhappy) people like to wallow in self-pity and it upsets them to see anyone being happy because they normally choose to live life in a "crisis" mode - they see your happiness as you being in control of your life - and they don't like that. "Misery loves company" is so true it is scary! Just be yourself! If they don't like it, well then they are just poopie-heads!
My friend says hes too immature for me :S?
The way I see it, everyone is unique and grows up differently according to their given environments. You could have been around older relatives or siblings growing up which is why you may act and think more adult-like; your friend maybe surrounds himself with obnoxious people, and it's acceptable for him. It's just something you just have to deal with if you want to continue the friendship. It could be a good thing though. You can hang out with him occasionally around what childish friends he has (where you won't feel embarrassed in front of your friends) when you want to act silly or even have a good laugh-- if it doesn't bother you that is. In turn your mannerism could eventually rub off and he may mature a little more by listening to your insight and seeing the way you react to situations. Boys will be boys, and then they become men... but don't expect it anytime soon. Just enjoy being young and silly with your best friend. Don't try and talk it out because it clearly bothers him, it's something he's going to have to grow into. Hope this helped.
Why don't girls like immature guys when they are the most fun to be around?
hi i think the boyish attitude is nice as long as they dont just start acting childish, but its nice to have some maturity so you can have proper conversations, it just depends on the couple really and the chemistry, hope u find ur perfect match sooooon, insh allah xx =)
