Is All Unnatural Stuff Bad For You

Is anal sex bad or unnatural?

I don't think anal sex is very common in the animal kingdom, I could be wrong but even though a lot of animals are bisexual and would hump pretty much anything, I don't think they actually stick themselves in the other animal's rectum.
On that note, no, it's not unnatural. It's as natural as eating a banana, the banana is there so you may as well satisfy your hunger with it. There are plenty of nerve endings in one's anus that can make anal sex pleasurable so it's very natural to use them for just that.
But the same way as with a banana, you have to rid the banana of its peel and chew it instead of shoving the whole thing down your throat. You also need to get the muscles in your anus used to having something inserted in them instead of just shoving something in there, don't think that it's unnatural because if you didn't have the need to get rid of waste then your muscles would not be used to export waste either. You had to allow your muscles to get used to getting rid of waste because of your lifestyle choices(or the lifestyle choices that your parents made for you) and you can allow your muscles to get used to allowing things to enter your anus because of different choices. Nothing unnatural or bad about it.

However things can get bad if you do decide to shove something in there without being careful about what you're inserting there and how you're inserting it. Not to mention stretching your muscles to allow for easier entrance may make them looser(not necessarily weaker, but if you keep huge butt plugs in there for extended periods of time then your muscles may adapt to the new shape and stop trying to tighten together and instead tighten around the plug, which means if you remove the plug your muscles may not close up the hole).
Make sure that you wash whatever you're inserting in there before and after, no matter if it's a toy, penis, a finger, a whole arm or several of any of them. Take it slow and be sure that the receiving partner is clear about how something feels and if something doesn't feel right, then let the receiving partner decide whether you need to stop or do something differently.

Why is most food unnatural and bad for you?

This is absolutely incorrect statement.I do not know where do you live and how much knowledgeable are you about the food supply and food marketing in the USA.In the USA foods come from many different countries and the USA Regulatory agencies ( USDA, FDA, and several others ) have specific regulation on the quality of foods that are acceptable and marketable to the citizen.Unless, some one is eating only selected items, in today’s marketing systems ( national and international), most countries in the world are dependent on most foods that have been processed at different levels. A product can have minimal processing , like vegetable greens or fruits, or can be highly processed ready to eat products, like cheese , hotdogs, etc.In modern time this trend is almost universal. So the statement is absolutely inaccurate, full of prejudices and lacks information to back up the claims where the population in countris are supplied with foods that are all natural and all good in true sense.

If it is unnatural, does that mean it is wrong?

Determining if something is right or wrong depends on your worldview. If you believe that reality consists only of what we can perceive, then you likely believe that we are the results of a cosmic accident and a long series of random interactions and mutations. In other words we are merely blobs of protoplasm and biochemical reactions. If you understand the world this way, then there really is no basis for right and wrong, good or bad.In that view, natural becomes whatever happens. Since the system is constantly changing by random mutations, nature is changing. There is no objective morality. You can simply stop being concerned and do whatever you desire. On the other hand, if your worldview is based on the belief that reality is more than we can perceive, and that there is a spiritual component (invisible to the material world), you may believe that there is greater and objective truths. For example, if God created the world then that God would be the source of your morality. You would align your morality to whatever truths he had revealed.“Unnatural” implies a higher and objective standard. It recognizes that some actions go against the higher order and are therefore harmful.

Do you not think it is unnatural to work a 9 - 5 at a desk all day?

I don't think it's natural- sitting by a computer all day is rubbish!

I would totally recommend the film Office Space for summing up the problems of modern work, or even modern life- it's awesome.

Doing a boring job, for a company that doesn't know your name to pay towards things you don't want or to save for a dream you might not make though is a fairly terrible existence.

The worship of money and the manner in which are lives can totally revolve around it is hugely unhelpful and possibly damaging . I blame lots of differnet sources, but the insistence that we value our lives on things rather than actions or emotions towards one another is hugely destructive.

True joy isn't a new a new huge TV, a new flat, a new car- it's the joy people get from recieving those things. So, what i'm trying to say is that if anyone wants to get me a new TV or flar or car that would be great :)

Only joking- having things isn't necessarily a bad thing, and their production can fuel the economy- BUT there is a balance. If we have to exploit people for personal gain or strive for something that will come at the clear detriment of others I don't believe that thing is worth it.

It's difficult now everything in the world is so personalised (I have looked for questions directly related to myself on this site even) BUT it is vital to remember our connections to one another. We can't just act in accordance with our immediate desires if other people will suffer

Isn't waiting until marriage to have sex "unnatural?"?

I see a lot of arguments against homosexuality that say "its bad because its unnatural" and "you don't see gay animals!" Animals also don't wait until marriage to have sex.

Sex is one of the most natural things in the world other than death. So if unnatural = bad and natural = good, what is wrong with having sex before marriage?

What's the most unnatural thing we do every day?

Here are a few that I can think of.Forcing ourselves to stay awake - Especially during the school year, we try to fight the urge to sleep while we cram in studying and do homework. Although it is something that we have to do, doing so isn’t necessarily the best thing to happen to our body.Drinking coffee in the morning - People don’t ACTUALLY need coffee to get going in the morning. It’s something that we gradually get accustomed to the more we do it. Some call it an addiction, some deny it. Apples are a good and healthier alternative.Use one hand more frequently than the other - This would be our dominant hand, righties and lefties. If you think about it, we do have 2 whole hands, not just one. Seems kind of unnatural to just use one hand when doing something, although certain situations are necessary to use only one.Have brainfarts - I honestly don’t know how to describe this.. you just suddenly forget what you have to do or was thinking about. Seems strange for our brain to seem to just stop working all of a sudden. I mean, surely our brains weren’t wired to make little skips every once in a while…Practicing religion - All religions alike, humans were never hardwired to follow and practice religion. Of course people have their beliefs on this, but at the end of the day, humans can function normally without religion.Smoking, alcohol, drugs, etc. - This only applies to certain people, and is the most “unnatural” thing I can think of. Quite literally, people are intentionally harming themselves with these substances. It may not feel like so if you are responsible, but in the end, we are still harming our bodies.Hiccup - Hiccups actually have no feasible purpose whatsoever in our bodies. Other than being annoying as heck, they really don’t seem to have any apparent purpose at all.Having recreational sex - It felt weird typing this one in bold, don’t know why. This doesn’t necessarily happen on a day to day basis. Other than to reproduce, having recreational sex is 100% unnatural. All we do it is for pleasure, videos, and nothing more than sexual gratification.I tried to be cool and make a list of 10, but I couldn’t think of any more.. Enjoy!:)

[Ramadan]Homosexuality is unnatural, therefore it is bad, Allah is unnatural, therefore Allah is bad?

I hear this argument constantly made by the religious, who rail against homosexuals. It goes something like this:

Homosexuality is unnatural and therefore it is wrong.

They do not explain why unnatural = bad. They just claim it to be so. I do not understand the force of this argument at all, but for discussion sakes let us play along. Let us accept this argument and expand it a bit further.

Definitions:

Natural - the physical world including all natural phenomena and living things

Homosexual/Homosexuality - sexual attraction to or sexual relations with somebody of the same sex

Axioms:

Unnatural = bad/wrong/immoral

Construct:

1) Homosexuality is unnatural.
2) Unnatural things are bad.
3) Therefore homosexuality is bad.
4) Allah is not contained within the physical world
5) Therefore Allah is outside of nature
6) Therefore Allah is unnatural
7) Therefore Allah is bad

just some food for thought

Why do people say that vegetarianism is unnatural?

Well, the logic behind it is pretty simple. Humans are omnivores, 'designed' to eat meat. Our ancestors made up a fairly large part of their diet with meat, so it would seem comparable to refusing to eat vegetables, or any other major part of our normal diet. However, the argument is flawed because, unlike most of the other food groups, meat doesn't really have any nutrients you can't get from somewhere else. Our ancestors evolved the ability to eat meat because there wasn't much of anything, and they had to eat whatever they could find. Now, most people in first world countries have access to a variety of foods, and it becomes a simple ethical choice between eating meat and not.
