Yeah Karl, Amazon is extremely legit all you do is find your product add it to your "cart" then click on the cart at the very top somewhere idk were exactly, after that your put in your billing information, etc. It is very very trustworthy and my items always arrive within the week in perfect condition. Im in college, and I buy all the school book from their cause they sell them used and the product is always in great quality

They are the BIGGEST online retailer. If they were untrustworthy or hard to use, they never would have gotten to where they are. I've used them for years. Yes, you do need to create an account but it's easy. One thing to note: On their site, most of the stuff is sold directly by Amazon (it'll say "Sold by Amazon" or "Fulfilled by Amazon"), but there are also people and companies that aren't Amazon, but who sell through Amazon. They all have to follow strict rules, but they can be unreliable; I once tried to buy a book from a guy who never sent it, but he did eventually give my money back.

Amazon is safe to buy from. They have a replacement policy and it works, according to a friend.I've bought quite a few items from Amazon and never had to seek a replacement.I am not a fan of refurbished items but if I do change my mind I'll look at Amazon.They have a customer care section that is pretty OK.

I buy a lot of used things from Amazon, especially DVDs and CDs, books, etc. Often you can get a deal from a retailer - for instance I bought a vacuum cleaner that had been returned by a customer, in perfect condition, just the box had been opened, all guaranteed, but half price.So,you can save quite a bit of money. Read the descriptions carefully, make sure all the accessories are included, etc.Amazon is a very reputable site, I’ve had no problems with returning items which were not up to scratch or misleading in their descriptions.
