If your strictly taking about an institution that governors sports then it’s not just FIFA that is corrupt, it’s all sporting organizations in the world for every single sport you can think of. The reason why is because any big sport that has hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in it, any form of corruption occurs from the institutional to viewer based level.Similarly in India, all cricket matches and players of the Indian team and foreign teams are sell outs. It all runs on big money and players only care about how much they can make by throwing certain matches.Players aren't selected based on talent but how much money they’re able to spend to join the list of active players or how much political influence their family has. And the corrupt is done blatantly in the open.

The most currupt organization in the world would be Hillary Clinton. When Hilary Clinton began her campaign she consorted these people to throw large amounts of currency towards. Her campaign run. Offering them connections and status with companies with majure pull that would no doubt expand into citizen-reliability industries. With each election she gained and won with these Cartels throwing more and more cash into her elections, hidden as funding. Until she was able to get Bill Clinton elected as president. Giving her access to more sensitive information. That would later put the Cartels Family in the front line when gunning for stocks in the FDA “Federal Drug Administration”. Now most Americans on prescription drugs are being used as Ginny pigs for drug experimentation.

I mean all the games have had a bad call that has changes the game, what are the odds? The penalty against Croatia, the goal Mexico scored, and the penalty for Spain. Is FIFA just making the games how they want them? Is all the fails to make the quarter finals FIFA wants?

Beside that, FIFA has its own foundations engaged in food and educational development and spent a lot money on it.

Corruption is the result of lack of transparency. If you don’t want corruption demand transparency and enforce accountability.FIFA’s corruption has to do with the game (e.g. selling the next place where the World Cup will be, or tossing games). Make sure to keep any corrupt FIFA manager in prison forever AND recover ill-gotten gains since it is so rare to get them indicted. Not much different than giving a very large ticket to littering on roadways.
