Is Fox News The Most Biased News Channel In The Entire World

Is Fox News channel conservative, biased, or liberal?

You're joking, right? Fox News is blatanly Conservative biased. There's even a film about it called "Outfoxed" that shows memos from the top telling their people to push the Right Wing agenda.
That's fine, but the absurdity comes when they say they're "fair and balanced". That's an outright lie as proven by the center for responsible broadcasting which showed their heavy conservative bias and ranked them as the most negative news network.

Is FOX news more biased than most other major media ?

Your statement is 100% true and I take it as bias when anyone objects to this obvious fact. I attached screenshots from politofact for reference. As for why, I can only assume one of two things. Fox News is catering to their conservative base, which tend to be uneducated whites. Their ideas are regressive and very self centered, so their ideas aren't supported by people that value progress, which is why other networks don't appeal to them. The other assumption, and this one is a bit of a conspiracy theory, their agenda is to manipulate the American people to support a pro business agenda at all costs. They are essentially the marketing department for corporate America, rather than a real news network. Regulations on corporations reduce their profits, which is why they are peddling the fake news that climate change is fake when they all know that it's real. Restrictions on gun purchases reduces their profits, which is why they ignore global facts on gun violence and are pushing an absurd agenda for Armed Educators. Increasing the minimum wage will reduce their profits, which is why they keep pushing the illogical narrative that rising wages will kill jobs. …

What is the most biased and un-biased news channel?

My view:
Biased: CNN, MSNBC, BBC, Sky News(UK), Al Jazeera, Bloomberg, Fox Business

Least biased: NDTV(India), Russia Today(Russia), France 24(France), Euronews(Pan-European), DW-TV(Germany), ABC(Australia), Arirang(Korea), NHK World(Japan), CCTV(China) and more.

Which news channel is the most biased?

It depends on what one counts as a "news channel." True news channels, generally speaking, are not biased. But Fox purports to be one, and if we take them at their word, then it's them: They are the most biased "news channel." They have consistently acted as the propaganda arm of the Republican Party. But they aren't really a news channel; they are mostly infotainment. Sean Hannity, for instance, isn't a journalist, and what he is presenting is editorial, not news. Chris Wallace, on the other hand, is a journalist, and he is less biased.Similar arguments could be made about MSNBC. They are also more infotainment than news, so it's hard to say how much their bias is actually a problem. It's okay for editorial to be biased, after all.Having said that, despite all their flaws, MSNBC isn't as biased as Fox - they were frequently critical of the Obama administration, and they treat their Republican guests fairly.(Personally, I think the problem is that viewers treat these channels as news when they're not, and thus come at them with the wrong expectations. I wish more people sought out actual news. The BBC does a good job; if people really wanted news, they could watch them. But most people complaining about "bias" don't actually make the effort.)

What NEWS channel do you watch?

i like to watch CNN & BBC NEWS, b/c they're the least biased. also wolf blitzer & anderson cooper are the coolest reporters out there.

i hate FOX b/c they're very biased & report ridiculous things. MSNBC is definitely biased as well, but not as radical as FOX.

Conservatives/Republicans watch any other news channel than Fox News...?

If you're a conservative Republican do you watch Fox News only for your news? What do you see as a disadvantage/problem to watching liberal outlets like CNN, MSNBC, BBC, etc...

I'm conservative too, I don't mind watching any of the other channels because I know where I stand on the issues. Also, I only watch BBC World News only to fill in the void if there are no British programmes shown on PBS and to hear something British lol.

Thank you everyone for your answers, I greatly appreciate it! :)

Is Fox News the most influential news media organization in all of the Western democracies if not the world?

If you call misleading viewers influential, then yes FOX is influential among those with a 'confirmation bias'.However if you call FOX news, then no, it's not news, it is entertainment and not to be confused with journalism. Even FOX claims Hannity and O'Reilly are entertianers, not journalists.

If it’s true that Fox News far exceeds the other mainstream media channels as far as ratings and viewership, how can they be accused of a conservative bias?

I did a quick google search and this is what came up:How many viewers does Fox News have 2018?Fox News Channel finished 2018 as the most-watched basic cable network for the third consecutive year among both primetime and total day viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research. Fox News averaged 2.5 million primetime viewers, the highest-rated year since launching 22 years ago.“Maddow, Other MSNBC Hosts See Ratings Drop, Fox UpRachel Maddow isn’t backing away from her coverage of President Donald Trump and any connection to Russia’s involvement in trying to influence the 2016 presidential campaign. The question is how much her fans want to listen.”“Maddow’s audience has dipped on her two days back on the air since Attorney General William Barr reported that special counsel Robert Mueller had found no collusion between Trump and Russia’s efforts. Her audience of 2.5 million on Monday was 19 percent below her average this year, and it went down further to 2.3 million on Tuesday, the Nielsen company said.Meanwhile, her head-to-head competitor on Fox News Channel, Sean Hannity, saw his audience soar on Monday to 4 million viewers, a 32 percent increase from his average. It slipped to 3.57 million on Tuesday. One of Trump’s most prominent media fans, Hannity was to interview the president on Wednesday’s show.”Fox did not get on the destroy Trump bandwagon and offering insight they did not have regarding the Russian collusion - however, Hannity had been meticulously gathering facts and laying them out week after week that led to the conclusion there was no Russian collusion and the dossier was a phony paid for by the dems and delivered to the FBI by a McCain associate.Interestingly, had Hannity been wrong, he could have totally ruined the news station ratings for the foreseeable future.

What are the most biased news sources that people still think are trustworthy?

CNN, MSNBC, NY Times…..All of the mainstream media is corrupt. Read about Project Mockingbird. There is strong evidence that the CIA is involved in controlling the news narratives that we hear. That explains why they are so similar and often use the precisely same wording. They change stories all at the same time. They are always against Trump. They are always for Obama. They are all owned by a few wealthy elites, all with the same far left agenda. They are being replaced by new sources of information and citizen journalists on the internet. Evil always destroys itself. The Media is destroying its own credibility. It is sawing off the branch that supports itself. It has been coming for a long time and is now accelerating towards its end. It is part of a much larger story that has been kept from the public eye by themselves. The truth will flow like a waterfall, rushing over the dam of pent up lies.
