Who has a Gemini Rising and look much younger than their age?
Both my mother and father have Gemini Rising. Mom is 82 and has Jupiter conjunct her Rising too. Now that is a force to be reckoned with. And her energy! Abundant! She is constantly told she looks much younger than her age. And she really does! No fake flattery there. Just the darn truth. Dad passed in 2006 and also had a Gemini Rising. He walked with a fast gate and we always had to "keep up." They were both energetic people and Dad was handsome even at age 78 when he passed. High energy. Gemini Rising are active and this I believe helps keep them young looking. I don't know your body "type" but Mom is trim and petite and Dad was also trim and medium height. I think that there are a few reasons for this. One is Gemini's great sense of humor. Laughing does keep one young. So that spontaneous lively conversational ability does aid in ones long-term appearance. And it takes much less energy to smile than to frown. So that Gemini Rising=Personality, Personal Appearance, and First Impression One Makes is more pleasant than most. As the Personality doesn't have to be 'used' unless we are "out dealing with the errands in our local neighborhood" for example. Gemini is also the ruler of the 3rd house of local neighborhood, brothers and sisters, and neighbors. We all have a "face" we wear when going about town doing our errands and this is where our Rising Sign really shines. So with the combination of all these factors I easily understand why Gemini Risings continue to look younger than their years. Now if they could only sleep! LOL Though some with dominant influence in Gemini, Mercury highly aspected, and/or rich 3rd House Placements quite possibly may also receive some of this Gemini "Youth Serum." I read charts, always face-to-face, for over 40 years, and I found that Virgo Rising was frequently attractive, while Gemini Rising was only sometimes attractive. For clarity's sake, what I see with Virgo Ascendants are delicate and clean-cut features (nice straight, clean jaw lines, chins neither too big nor too small, good cheekbones etc), and lovely deepset eyes with large upper lids. Gemini Asc., on the other hand, sometimes has a lumpy-looking face, although if they had Venus in the first house, they were attractive too.
