Is Going Outside Only Once A Week Pretty Much Bad

Is smoking cigarettes in moderation still very bad for you, for example one a day or only when imbibing or only on the weekends?

It's your life and it's really up to you. But you already know that smoking isn't good for you.So the real question is:Are YOU okay with smoking in moderation? Some other questions to ask yourself:How will I stop myself from exceeding moderation?Should I set limits to keep myself accountable? How long do I plan to smoke in moderation? Many everyday smokers didn't plan to be when they first picked up. I know I didn't. I started at 18, and only smoked after a bad night at work. Then I started smoking every night after work. Then I'd smoke with friends after school and at parties. Then it became an everyday thing (off and on) for the next six or seven years.I've never had cancer, nor have I become terribly ill from smoking, but I knew it was always possible. Two or three years ago I met a dude at a party. He was about my age (early 20s at the time). We were outside smoking cigarettes, talking about how we needed to quit when he told me he had already gotten (and beaten) cancer. That really blew my mind- someone my own age who not only got cancer, but beat it too- and was right there talking about it as he took a drag from his cigarette. We all think we're invincible until we get hurt. Two years ago I decided to quit as a new year's resolution. Now I use a vape (an electronic cigarette). I started at 18mg nicotine, a very high level. Since then, I dropped down to 12, then to 6, and now I'm between 6mg and 3mg (three is pretty much the lowest, aside from zero).I still like smoking, but now I just vape. It's not good for you, but so far all the evidence I've seen suggests that vaping is far better for your health than smoking tobacco (or smoking anything for that matter). I'm no longer addicted to the nicotine- now it's just a mental addiction to "the act" of smoking. I mostly vape when socializing / when anxious / when driving / and when killing time. I plan to quit that in the future too, but I'm in no hurry.Stay realistic, set limits and don't surpass them, and keep in moderation. Keep in mind the longer you continue to smoke, the more you're endangering yourself.Edits: grammar, word choice.

Pain on outer side of knee, hurts to walk?

Sounds like IT Band Syndrome. It happens to runners. It could happen for a number of reasons. But you run on a treadmill so that eliminates a few causes. The next one I'd look at is bad shoes and bad insole. If you're running on old shoes or using shoes not intended for running, change that immediately.

I doubt you did permanent damage to your knee. You just re-aggravated it. Best thing you can do is rest it. Stay away from running and at no point should you try the stair climber. It's similar to running so you're not doing yourself any favors. Ice, elevate, rest. Once the pain goes away, attempt to rehab it and focus on the cause so that you can prevent it from happening again. I would recommend not running for a little while. Instead try swimming (great for cardio) and biking if that doesn't feel too painful. Stretch, stretch stretch stretch.

If I go jogging outside once a week does it contribute for me to lose weight?

In a physical sense, no. Cardio is great for losing weight when combined with a proper diet but steady state cardio like jogging doesn’t do much. HIIT is better but I wouldn’t recommend doing that right away; it’s very difficult and you have to ease into it otherwise you’ll quit. Also, one day a week isn’t enough. For basic physical fitness (which includes weight loss) you need 1 hour moderate or 20–30 minutes vigorous exercise 3–5 times/week (for performance it’s vigorous activity 7 days per week).Do not get discourage though! Because in a psychological sense the answer is an absolute and resounding YES!Making sure that you’re getting in that time exercising at least once per week is proof that you have discipline; it’s not a lot of discipline, but it’s a start. The fact that you are able to commit to that proves that you can commit even more. Mental discipline is kind of like your muscles; the more you train it, the stronger it gets. Starting from this point you can build up to 3 days/week moderate intensity jogging; then 5 days then 3 days vigorous HIIT; then 5 days HIIT. Eventually your discipline will build so that you can add some Yoga to your routine (you should be stretching anyway but baby steps). Next up, weightlifting; do not shy away from this, it is the best workout you can get and will work in tandem with the yoga to give you better posture and slimmer physique. Now, use all that discipline that you have worked to achieve and focus on changing your diet; which is often the hardest thing for people because many of us have been trained to like bad food.By this point, you will have built up your discipline in tandem with your physical fitness and you’ll be ready to maintai a fit and healthy body.Good luck!

Is it disgusting to wash your hair only once a week?

It depends. Your natural oils can be healthy for your hair, and washing too often can cause damage. I wash mine when my natural oils become noticeable. This is usually twice a week for me, but everyone is different. Just make sure that you're showering (without washing your hair) between hair washed. That is where the disgusting line is drawn. As long as your body is clean and your hair is not visibly greasy, you should be good
