If Walmart does not put you on the schedule for the next week, does that mean you are fired?
It can be, but with Walmart it provably isn’t. Walmart plays the hours game. Only so many hours are given to each department in a week to do whatever is needed to be done. Those hours need to be distributed to everyone within it. The few full time workers get priority of course then everyone fights for scraps. If it is your off season or if that department isn’t making that much money - there may not be enough to go around. In that case, you might get screwed.Now, my store started to schedule everyone as a cashier when that happened. You may have one or two shifts in toys then spend the rest of week as a cashier. That allowed money to flow into your hands, but it burdened you with the joys of cashing. Along with the decreased pay of a sales associate to go along with it. It wasn’t fair, but neither was the alternative. At least they had something for us. Mind you it was because they didn’t have enough cashiers, but oh well. It was something.As the others stated - there are always departments that need more help - like cashing. You can get hours. You just need to know where to look. Just don’t let them take advantage of you - never mind that’s already happened.
Buying M rated games at Walmart?
My Walmart is having a midnight release for GTAV, and I want to drive to the release and get it then instead of having a family member get it for me. The problem is I'm not old enough to get it, I'm 16, and I think you need to be 17. But do you think they will let it slide?
Why do people buy digital games on consoles?
especially on PS4 or Xbox One, you can almost always find the game cheaper used on a disc. even if you live out in a rural area, some online sites like Walmart sells used games online. i only download digital games on Xbox One if it's free. otherwise, I always but them on disc new or used for resale / trade in value. especially if it's an older 360 game that works on xbox one via backwards compatibility, i will buy used if it's not a games with gold and almost always get them under $10 at various stores near me. is it purely for the convenience of downloading digital and not the effort of driving to a local store and checking out prices there? do you buy disc or digital?

What would be the difference in my game play? I still have the expansions to do and a lot of side missions. Does it really matter? I don't have much time for video games these days and was wondering if it would be worth my time to reply like 10 hours of game play?
