It is not that any martial art is not allowed in MMA, it is specific techniques are not allowed. Different martial arts may use common techniques which may be banned. The rules have gradually changed and evolved, usually to disallow techniques that were considered to have a high probability of causing injury for little gain or poor optics. Here is an evolution of some of the banned techniques:Earliest UFCs banned only:Weapons (kind of obvious, but weapons techniques are common in certain martial arts: Kendo, Escrima, Nanchucks, Ninjitsui, etcBitingEye gouging or pokingthen gradually, other techniques were banned:Head ButtsGroin strikesSmall joint manipulation - grabbing and breaking fingers and toesEar PullingFish hooking (tearing a opponent’s nose, mouth, ears, eyes by hooking in your finger and pullingPunch or elbow to back of the headPile driving (hurling you opponent to the ground on his/her head while hanging on and guiding)Hair pulling (in UFC 3 Royce Grace hung onto Kimo’s hair braid the whole fight finally tearing it out before submitting him, basically used the braid as a handle, later banned)Kicks, knees, and stomps to the head while opponent is grounded (UFC banned early, kept on by Pride for long time)12 - 6 elbow (this is a controversial rule and seems rather stupid. An elbow thrown from vertical, downward 180 degrees. Does not seem that different than any other elbow strike)Deliberate grabs or strikes directly on the tracheaspittinggrabbing the claviclepinching, clawing and tearing at skinGrabbing the fence - to gain leverage or tractionEventually gloves became mandatory with specific hand wrapping rulesShoes became illegalGi’s long pants, and shirts became illegalpulling on opponent’s shorts or glovesMouth guard requirementsthere may be others that I have missedSome of the above techniques are used in various martial arts, but no entire martial art is banned, just specific techniques

What kind of combat martial arts in this movie called taken?

Welcome to the Murim. ^^ (Murim = World of Martial Art) Most martial arts that train empty handed will not train in weapons. The style that does train both by tradition is kung fu styles, and they usually have the sword, staff, and spear and the teacher will likely let you choose which you would like when he/she believe you are ready. As far as choosing a Martial art goes you want to keep an open mind. It's kind of like car shopping, where you go in with a type of car in mind before going to shop and test driving. You want to have a type of martial art in mind and then see what's available in your local area. Four types of empty handed martial arts are striking, throwing(grappling), ground fighting, or combinations of above. Don't get married to the idea because your local area might not have that type. Once you have checked your local training centers (google is good source) and have Wikipedia the styles being offered, then try some of the places that sounds good. Do not choose the first place you go to, kind of check things out. Mainly you have to like the instructor and the other people training. This will keep you motivated and keep you at it. Also all martial arts, even boxing, train with head gear, all kinds of pads, and other proper equipment. Martial arts places are painfully afraid of law suit that might ensue so trust me you will not get hurt. As far as taking care of your body you don't need to think too much of it yet. Just train and try not to increase anything from your current eating habits. Once you are training you body will burn more calories and it will want to eat more to keep your current weight. You just have to fight that urge first and eat how much you are currently eating. Once you get used to the MA training and feel that your body isn't recovering as fast you want it to, you can try studying up on the caveman diet or things like that. The goal should be to find the healthy foods to eat and increase the amount of those foods. You should not follow body builder's diet unless you are working out and you would like a body builder's body.

I’m very doubtful if you would find such a martial art. Probably because it is not a great idea to use most of these moves in a fight.Biting involves bringing your head very near the opponent’s body and exposing your neck, eyes, nose, ears and other vulnerable areas to a counter-attack from him. Human skin and muscle is quite strong but our teeth are not meant to tear flesh or crack bone so you might also end up losing a tooth or two!Scratching with nails will hardly cause much damage, unless you hit very sensitive areas like the eyes or you are wolverine himself!Pulling hair firstly requires your opponent to have enough hair so that you have a good grip! It also requires you to go close enough to your opponent to be able to reach the back of his head. If you can do that without getting countered, then you can probably land any number of other more reliable attacks on his head or neck rather than pull his hair. If you are trying to bring your opponent down or trying to grapple with him, using hair to get a grip on the head might help for control but it is hardly a powerful or practical attack against a standing opponent.Kicking the groin, however, can potentially cause devastating pain to the opponent. But it requires a lot of accuracy and any half decent martial art will have a fighting stance that doesn’t expose the groin to easy strikes. Besides, you can easily evade/parry a groin kick with footwork. This is practiced in many martial arts with people wearing sufficient protection so it is probably the most realistic attack in your list.

Is tackling someone considered as fighting/combat?

Consistent with each dictionary and encyclopedia ever released -- no, bow-and-arrow archery has nothing to do with firearms. Any regulation saying in any other case was written via humans who want to "store individuals from themselves" and "preserve harmful/lethal weapons out of the palms of criminals". As if criminals are going to obey any regulation they do not happen to agree with.... Backside line: A bow may be a "dangerous weapon", however it is emphatically no longer a "firearm".

How do I lose my fear of fighting?

I think its pretty impressive that you've kept your cool and shown discipline against this guy. If you had anger problems your doing a good job of keeping them in control right now.

I would tell you to try to keep avoiding this guy. He's got an ego problem and is pretty much a coward. Hes telling you to hit him because he knows you won't. This way he thinks he can be seen as winning even though he's probably too scared to fight you anyway.
I've been thinking about your questions and Im not sure what to tell you. If he starts fighting you with hair pulling... thats how girls fight. No disrespect to the women who do MAs but most girls fight that way. Push him off and just laugh it off.
Instead of fighting him just laugh it off. Sounds wierd but you won't have to fight and you'll still save face. As for your fear of fighting, once you start a fight it disapears. You have too much adrenaline and your too busy to be thinking about the fight to actually get scared.

The reason your so nervous is called the "fight or flight" response. You'll feel your adrenaline surge as your body prepares to either sprint off or fight.
I already mentioned how to keep the peace. However, before this happens again try to make peace somehow. If he can't respect that and still attacks you that try to laugh it off. If none of this works then you might just have to haul off and hit him. One good punch and I think this guy will be done.
