Is It A Good Idea To Expose A 14 Year Old To A Jail Environment To Visit Her Mom

Can a six year old go to jail if they killed somebody?

No.
IN all states a child under a certain age (10 in most states, 8 in a few and 12 in a few others) cannot be convicted of a felony or other crime. Officially in the law children under the age are called infants.

Even anyone older, under 17, do not go to jail or prison. If convicted they go to a juvenile home.

In my state children age 10 to 17 can be tried as an adult for certain heinous crimes, like murder. This happens only aer a juvenile court judge hears evidence of the child's competence and upbringing and past.
Even if the juvenile judge decide a 12 year old can be tried as an adult and if the 12 year old gets convicted the 12 year old does not go to jail or prison, they go to a youth or juvenile home. When they turn 17 if any time on sentence is left then they go to prison.

If you accidentally visit an illegal website, are you still going to jail?

A friend of mine had just recently installed a spyware blocker on her computer, & she was very curious as to why there was now a huge list of blocked sites on her computer. I told her to just delete them cause obviously they had to be porn sites, but instead she decided to see what one of them was about (STUPID STUPID STUPID).
She was taken straight to a site that had graphic pictures of young teenagers with older men. She shut down her browser & went offline immediately, but even though she deleted all the blocked sites, cleared her history, & reported the site, she is now completely terrified that the cops will come after her & her life will be over cause everyone will know what she did. Granted, it was only a few seconds she saw, but that's all it usually takes, right?
She's too scared to ask for help on this, & even though she asked for my help on this matter I have to admit I'm scared as well cause accident or not I really don't want to be associated with this sort of thing. This is way beyond serious! Please help - someone's future may be at stake!

My 13 year old son is watching inappropriate YouTube videos. What should I do?

If you ban him from Youtube, he’s just going to learn to visit Youtube without your knowledge. Once he’s found a method to visit websites without a trace, he’ll explore porn and all of that because he knows you can’t do a thing about it.Kids that age, and much younger, swear ALL THE TIME. They are potty-mouths, and many of them think that cursing makes you cool, so they do it a lot. They’ll grow out of it, but Youtube isn’t going to affect his swearing much more than his fellow classmates. What are you going to do, ban him from school?Sexual references do absolutely no damage unless the kid knows what they are referring to. Plenty of children’s movies and TV shows include adult jokes in them because the kids aren’t going to know what they mean. Hiding sex from your kid isn’t going to help them in any way, it’ll just make everything more anxiety-inducing for them when they do grow up.Cursing doesn’t hurt them, and they’ll grow out of it eventually.Stop spying on your kid. He’s 13, way too old for you to try to monitor what he does online. If your son finds out what you’re doing, he will likely hide all of his activity from you, and if there is ever a situation where you REALLY need to intervene (there won’t be), you will never know. Don’t create that environment. What were you hoping to find, anyway?

Im going to a female prison, do they do a strip search? will i have to get a cavity search?

Hi Kim!I was an inmate here in Texas from Feb 2006 to Feb 2008.
In prison you are strip searched when you enter for 1st time, after each contact visit with your family, each time you leave your unit for any reason and whenever COs decide to strip search you for “security reasons”.
Being strip searched is a degrading and humiliating experience.
During 24 months I was strip searched once a day, on average.
You are put in a cubicle (3x3 ft) in front of a female CO and take off all your clothes: sneakers, socks, jumpsuit, bra and panties (all!!) and any hair clasps. The CO inspects clothes and then begins to inspect your body. She makes you lean forward and run vigorously your fingers trough your hair (I've got very long hair), open your mouth as wide as you can and lift your tongue, pull your ears forward so she can check behind them and lift your arms, expose your armpits and spin round. Then you have to lift your breast one at time. At this point she directs you to spread your legs apart, squat three times on your knees (fully naked, mind you!!) and cough hard several times. Finally you turn around and lift your feet in order to show your soles and wiggle your toes (I still wonder what they think you keep on the soles of your feet…).
If you have your period (that’s awful!!) you have to remove your tampon and you have to do all the procedure in that condition (women can understand what it means).
Most of CO’s are quite professional but some have fun humiliating prisoners. They make you squat for several minutes saying “This isn’t a good squat” or “I don’t like your cough! Do it again!”

Hope this Helps!
Good luck!

Philippines policy when hospital bill can't get paid?

This happened to my sister in-law at Perpetual-Soccor Hospital in Cebu in 2004.....

Her 2 month old baby was admitted and after several months (I had paid all I had) they told her the baby could go home if she paid the bill.....she had no money to pay the bill, they would not let the baby leave....

I confronted the Nuns and the Mother Nut in Charge but she refused to see me and would leave through the back door (We saw her).

I am a Christian Minister and If I went to visit they would have a security Guard follow me.....(I also visited some of the other Filipinos that was in the hospital) the guards would take names of the people I talked to and as soon as I would leave the NUNS would approach them and demand MONEY as the FOREIGNER MINISTER must have given them some.....

IT IS ILLEGAL AS HELL for them to keep a patient their are FILIPINO LAWS against it but NOBODY WILL FIGHT IT.......CATHOLIC LAWYERS REFUSE AND CHRISTIAN LAWYERS ARE COWARDS!

I had to bite my tongue and stop visiting to get the (CATHOLICS) off the backs of not only my sister in-law but the other poor patients that I used to visit.......(after all I was threatened with deportation if I caused any problems)

and while they keep them there, the bill keeps going up......

ANY WONDER WHY I (HATE) the CATHOLIC RELIGION with a passion???? AND the COWARDLY Christian Pastors and lawyers.........??????

NOTE FILIPINOS: IF YOU WANT CHARIOTY FROM THE HOSPITALS YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR IT (BEFORE YOU LET THEM ADMIT THE PATIENT) OTHER WISE THEY TELL YOU "NO"....

Can someone get prosecuted by having cybersex with a minor?

Exposing a child to anything sexual in nature is illegal, in person or over the internet.

Here is Wisconsin's law... I'm sure other states have something similar

948.11 Exposing a child to harmful material or harmful descriptions or narrations, Class I Felony.

948.11(1)(ag)
(ag) "Harmful description or narrative account" means any explicit and detailed description or narrative account of sexual excitement, sexually explicit conduct, sadomasochistic abuse, physical torture or brutality that, taken as a whole, is harmful to children.

I need an excuse for a trip to Vegas...any ideas?

So, my girlfriend (or whatever you want to call her) is keen to meet me in Vegas. Normally, we only get to meet every couple of months when my travel takes me to her part of the country. That's not too convenient. I always have to work around my meetings and such. But, the advantage is that I never have to lie to my wife about my travel...I go where I am supposed to go, and my lady friend meets me there.

But, it would be fun to meet in Vegas for a few days where we can just cut loose. I need a good excuse to go to Vegas, one my wife will buy and that will NEVER be exposed.

Ideas?

Morality Police need not answer. I know you don't approve and I don't care, you don't know my situation so don't even start to judge me. I need ideas from creative people that live in the real world.
