Is It Against The Law - I Really Desperately Need To Know About This

I'm really worried about my nephew-in-law... advice?

Love is always a good solution i do it with my niece (she's 3) since her mom just had a baby. Special days just about her (going to the zoo or park and taking her for lunch) seem to help her behavior not her mom's. I don't say anything to aggravate her mom so as not to cause problems for my brother or in your case your fiance. If it gets too bad to where you see marks or he tells you his mom did or said something hurtful then bring in the law. Otherwise maybe try showing her what kind of reacting your nephew has when he is shown different ways of disciplining him and the better results that can be achieved with tlc and not treating him like he is in boot camp.

Is it against the law to force a person to do something against their will?

The word “force” doesn’t have a clear legal meaning. It’s for sure illegal to force some people to do some things against their will using some means. Equally for sure, not other people, doing other things, or via other means. For example: your neighbor comes to you, desperate. He’s leaving town on short notice, and needs someone to feed his cat while he’s away. He’s explored every other option, but none of them are acceptable. For whatever reason, only you can do it. You’re his only hope. You agree, but only if he agrees to cut down the tree in his back yard that blocks the light on your rose bushes. You’ve asked him to do that in the past, and he declined. You offered to pay for the landscaping. Declined. You offered to throw in some extra cash for his troubles. Declined. But now you have the leverage you need: you know he loves that cat.Did you “force” him to cut down the tree? Arguably. But nothing I described above is illegal.Let’s add some facts. Let’s say you’re phenomenally rich. In fact, the reason your neighbor needs to leave town on short notice is because you secretly purchased his company, and secretly directed his boss to send him on this last-minute trip. At the same time, you have secretly retained every single cat-feeder in town during his absence, thereby preventing him from using their services. You’ve paid his friends to decline his cat-feeding requests. You really hate that damned tree of his. This is even more arguably “forcing” him to cut down the tree, but is still not illegal.Okay, erase all that. If you go to your neighbor one day and say “hey, cut down that tree in the back yard or I’ll kill your beloved cat,” then that’s illegal. This is but one of a million variations on the theme.

Is it illegal to sell drinks on the beach in NSW?

Illegal to sell used mattress in michigan?

Yuck!
I'm not sure about Michigan, or any other state for that matter.
You can check your local laws listed in your state.
I've heard about companies that Re-furbish mattresses by taking off the cloth and keeping the wooden frame to make mattresses and then sell them like new. It should be illegal!

People sleep on there beds and shed everything from dead skin cells to bugs off there bodies. Considering 25% of your day/night is spent there. To sell a mattress to anyone, that someone else was Already sleeping on, puts the buyer at risk for all types of stuff. And none of it good.

Where can I find Pennsylvania Legal Forms on the internet to download in a pdf file, for free?

You can't find these forms on the internet, unless the publisher has posted them online.

You will need to go to a law library - either the county law library or a law school's library to find these particular forms.

That particular series is published under the Matthew-Bender, so you will have to contact LexisNexis or go to their bookstore and purchase it:
http://bookstore.lexis.com/bookstore/cat...

Lexis won't post it online for free - the treatises are rarely available online for free because it would devalue the book and people wouldn't be willing to pay for it.

As you can see, the CD-ROM is $1619.00:
http://bookstore.lexis.com/bookstore/pro...

and the books are $2000:
http://bookstore.lexis.com/bookstore/pro...

What particular forms are you looking for? Because if they are actually court forms, you may be able to find it for free online (through the court's website) here:
http://www.courts.state.pa.us/Index/Forms/IndexForms.asp

You *may* be able to find a used set of this on half.com, ebay.com, amazon.com, barnesandnoble.com, and/or counsel.net
