Is It Bad To Dream About Reality Every Night

Bad vivid dreams every night?

I have come to the point in bad dreams that I can't take it anymore, it's not just every week it's every day I'm having the most terrible dreams. I don't know if it's normal or not but they are very very vivid, like as if I was watching a movie, they're so realistic and odd. Either about demons or the earth ending and some that when I wake up from them I can't even sleep anymore of how terrified I am, not only that but I sleep walk and I sleep talk, I even dream while awake, yesterday night I had sleep paralysis, and sometimes when I wake up I see things in my room, bad things, they are coming for me and they stare at me. I strongly think something might be wrong with me but my mother always thinks that I'm a healthy person who just is having troubles sleeping. I want help, it's become so bad I don't feel like doing anything during the day, it's like a darkness taking over me, something has to be wrong with me and my dreams are trying to warn me of a serious problem, please help

I have many bad dreams. Every night, to be exact. Do they mean anything?

I am not very superstitious or religious, but I am haunted and tormented by horrible, horrible dreams. In my family, though it may sound crazy, my mother has always been "warned" of bad things to come when she dreams or tornadoes. With her tornado dreams, things happen to really become bad after. -- For example; She had a dream of my great grandma lying a nursing home bed, when suddenly a tornado came, tore open the nursing home, and sucked away my great grandma. -- After my mom awoke from this dream, she got a call from my other relatives saying that my great grandma had passed.

It makes me a tad bit scared when I have bad dreams. I don't want them to come true. They are usually realistic, and very frightening. The dreams usually make me wake up sweating and gasping for air. None have had tornadoes, so I'm not sure what to think. Then again, I am not my mother. . . So maybe I could have a different kind of foretelling?

Still, they could also mean nothing! I am just very, very paranoid and scared. I have tried reading many books about my dreams, but none seem to add up what my dreams have been telling me.

Maybe I'm just out of my mind. I sure do hope so.

I dream every night, is that bad? 10 points?

Dreams happen ever time you fall into REM sleep. Dreams are actually a very good thing because they keep your brain waves running at full speed. This of course can be bad if you are having dreams that wake you up (nightmares ahhh!)

It's actually proven that everyone dreams everynight but not everyone remembers dreaming. It's different for everyone. I actually love dreaming and think it's one of the best things about sleep. It's like a nice way to get away.

Is it bad to dream about your male teacher every night?

It's not unusual for girls to have a crush on their teachers, it can be dangerous though and lead to all sorts of trouble. Not just for you but the teacher as well. He could go to prison, he would lose his job, he would lose his wife and family.
Just be aware of the dangers that could arise should something actually happen, like a kiss or he may touch you inappropriately. It's OK to be friendly with a teacher but you must know where to draw the line and keep on the safe side of that line. Try to set your mind to other things when you go to bed each night, your time will come when you will find a nice boy of your own age group. Until such times be careful and be safe.

Disturbing Dreams Every Night?

I've heard of that. My friend dreaming about killing himself in a different way each night. Which made him suicidal He just didn't sleep, in the end he overcame it with hypnosis and counseling? x

DREAMING.....or REALITY-------which do you prefer??

Everyone loves to dream but reality is a much safer realm to be in. Dreams are exactly that......nothing but dreams. Sitting around and dreaming all the time will not produce anything positive. But sitting around and planning what to do and how to improve your life is reality and a productive use of time.
Dreams are OK when we are sleeping but it's better to learn to accept and deal with reality.
