Is It Bad To Exercise 1hr And 30 Minutes Everyday

Is it better to exercise for 30 minutes 6 days a week or 1 hour 3 days a week?

I always tell my clients that working out for 1 hour at a time for multiple days in a week is the more efficient route to go when trying to lose weight and/or build muscle. The reason I say this is because usually the first 30 minutes or so is purely burning the stored energy from foods you ate previously before the workout. When you workout for long times such as an hour it boosts the amount of energy you are using and your body will start burning fat at the end of the workout. Completely off topic, but did you know your body burns fat after your workout too? Yeah! after your 1 hour workout your body will actually burn fat for about 2–3 more hours past your workout, thus another great reason to really get your blood flowing in that 1 hour workout! Here is a basic but good workout you can do in an hour:20 minutes of cardio (running, biking, basketball, etc)5 sets of 20 pushups (if you can’t do a pushup, use your knees)5 sets of 25 squats10 sets of 10 lunges on each leg8 sets of 20 situps20 minutes of cardioThis workout is basic but it will hit most muscles in your body. The reason you do cardio at the end and the beginning is because the beginning is used to get your blood pumping and flowing for your workout. The end should be more intense than the beginning.Good luck to your exercising journey! If you want to learn more about exercising or weightloss check out my blog! Is 30 minutes of exercise enough?

yeah sure it could be enough, it's whatever works. if you do high-intensity cardio for 20 minutes, you'd burn more calories than doing an hour and half of moderate yoga. so do what works for you. one thing i do is i vary my work outs, so maybe one day I'll go running for an hour (like 6 miles) and then the next day I'll do half an hour of cycling. so it doesn't have to be consistent as long as you're doing something 5 days a week. another tip is to try to squeeze in a longer workout on weekends or days off because, like you, I am a student with a ton of commitments and work, so just fit in the long ones when you have time

hope i helped :D good luck

Is working out everyday bad?

and i dotn want to get lazy.

Can not eating and exercising every day help you lose weight?

yes and no
drinking water would help, but your plan will fail because you plan on eating within a few days which means all the calories you burnt while not eating will come back plus more. because you put your body in starvation mode, you'll retain every calorie you eat.

Is swimming an hour a day good exercise?

Swimming an hour a day is a great form of exercise.Swimming that long, 60-minutes, is going to be a bit of a challenge on the first days if you’ve not been a regular swimmer in the past. Most novice swimmers can’t go that long without getting too exhausted in the final 30-minutes or so.Just for the sake of adaptation, I’d want you to swim about 20 or 30 minutes on the first day and then add another 5 minutes of duration to your swim workouts ever other day. Build into the one-hour commitment and let your body adjust so you don’t cause injury. Here is a suggestion:Day 1 = 30 minutesDay 2 = 30 minutesDay 3 = 35 minutesDay 5 = 35 minutesDay 6 = 40 minutesetc.….Day 13 = 60 minutes.Your shoulders, mental routine, skin, and overall body will thank you for a more gradual start up phase. If you get to 60-minutes of swimming for 60 days. I bet you’ll feel better, drop two belt sizes and be ready for some more coaching later. However, I’d be quick to get you some coaching help soon in the process, perhaps after the 3rd or 4th practice. If you swim on your own for dozens of days, there is a great chance you’ll be building some bad habits with your stroke and form. You might be able to self-correct and learn a bunch on your own with videos and books and such. But, if you swim like a tank over and over again, you’ll have a harder time improving later as the muscle memory and habits are already so established. Finally, swimming back and forth in a continual motion, swimming laps, has its merits. But, you’ll want to get more variety into your swim practices and workouts. Interval training, kicking, pulling, using paddles, different strokes beyond freestyle, flip turns and use of fins are some of the elementary adjustments to insert into your time in the pool to make further gains and get greater benefits in health, weight loss, swim speed and overall knowledge. Swim toys can be exciting. Swim some with a snorkel. Then add fins.In due time, say after the first month, you’ll be ready to come join us for some underwater hockey. That’s really exciting, more social and a different way to challenge your fitness.

Is 20 min of jogging a day enough exercise?

20 minutes of jogging is good basic exercise for anyone to do daily, it will keep you in good health. Try and keep up this good habit when you leave school/college etc, along with eating healthily and you will live a good long life. It's often a case when we leave education and our whole routines change that we slip into bad habits, so try not to let that happen. No matter how tired a person feels after a long days work, and not feel a bit like doing exercises, they find if they do make the effort, they feel great, so don't let tiredness take over, exercise will always refresh you and you'll benefit from having a good evening and a good nights sleep, plus of course stay healthy. Good luck keep the good work up.

If I eat less than 2000 calories per day and exercise 1 hour a day, how much fat will I burn in 1 month?

Lets see:You are 198lbs. Your BMR is 1980 calories. You exercise one hour per day. Now, that is not enough info. but if I assume few things here:That one hour that you exercise is low-moderate intensity cardio: 250 calories burned. And I assume you have a sedentary lifestyle.Overall, your activity multiplier affect would be: 1.375 * BMR= 2,722.Realistic and sustainable way to lose fat is (1–2) lbs of fat /week.1 pound of fat = 3,500 calories. You need to create a deficit of 500 calories per day to lose 1 pound/week.Therefore you can eat 2200 calories per day. However, its best to be conservative when counting calories and stick with 2000 calories as a good goal to target.Just ensure that you keep up with the exercise, this will ensure that your TDEE is 2,700.Last thing to note is that Weight Loss is not linear and body is way too complex for simple solutions like these.Nevertheless that is a great start.Your hormones, gut bacteria, whether you are consuming all micronutrients, whether you having enough protein, whether you are sleeping enough and most importantly your consistency with this strategy will determine whether you will average 1 pound of fat lost per week. And fat loss won’t continue forever, soon your metabolism will slow down and you would need to implement some advanced strategies to ensure that you come out of the weight loss plateau that you will certainly come across.Hope this helps:)Related posts:How to Balance These Hormones To Lose Belly Fat5 Surprising Reasons You Are Not Losing Weight
