Is It Better To Have The Ipad Over All The Other Competitor Brands

What laptop brands are not made in China?

Just curious. I bought a HP laptop from the HP website a while ago and it says it is being shipped from China. Considering the amount of electronics we have that are made in that country, What laptop brand aren't made from there? Or at-least uses their own components and assemble it in china?

I read review that Sony, Toshiba and ASUS is the most reliable brands out there due to low hardware failure. Are they all made in China as well?

Is Apple becoming a brand like any other and losing its premium quality reputation as shown by the case of defective iPad Pro sold to its customers?

Me thinks not. It does not affect function. Whenever a device makes a large incremental change of various specs, there are bound to be issued critics say exists or whatever. Having said that, the competitive space is becoming greater as Chinese brands, especially in the cell phone arena, become challenges for Apple when comparing features vs price. Apple apparently makes, on average about 40% profit on Apple products, hence its attraction to stock buyers because of earnings. Competitors have less profit margins so can sell for less. My opinion is that Apple, while still maintaining its ‘luxury’ branding, will have competitors stealing away customers with better price/spec buyers.Apple Fixes the iPad Pro’s Biggest Problem – Lance Ulanoff – Medium

What are Apple's competitive advantages?

As of today (May 2016) Apple’s advantages seem to be (in no particular order):Brand. According to Forbes, Apple is the World’s most valuable brand valued at $151B. It grew 6% last year. The result is point #2Apple Fans. Millions of people will buy whatever Apple sells. A bigger phone? that’s great innovation, they’ll buy it. A smaller phone? genius. sold.A knack for simplicity. Apple has a brand for simplicity, making complex things simple. Before the iPhone, smartphones were complicated. Before the iPod buying digital music was a mess. Before the iPad tablets were cumbersome. Part of their secret sauce is integration.A good design heritage. I use the word heritage because it seems Apple still has design talent, but the secret sauce came from Jobs. The Apple Watch, for example, is not a success. Not much innovation since the World lost Steve, sadly.Money. The company is sitting on $55 B in cash and, today, is still a money printing machine, generating over $10B in profits per quarterVertical Integration. Apple designs its own semiconductors all the way to the software and services. This allows them to own the customer experience. It also introduces risk as they cannot take advantage of technologies created by third parties as easily.Lock-In. Apple virtually forces uses to use iTunes and the AppStore. This has created a very high switching cost. Many users fear they will lose their music/TV/movie library and purchased applications if they go to another platform.

Does Apple manipulate its customers?

The powers that be at Apple are geniuses at creating hype with regards to their products and people seem to easily succumb to this hype. I do believe that they are wrongfully trying to manipulate the competition by suing other companies that make comparable products to them in an attempt to impede sales made by competitors. This then leads to wrongful manipulation of customers because at this point they are acting as a monopoly (or trying to).

Who do you owe brand loyalty to?

Nvidia because they literally saved me ftom AMD’s evil clutches in the form of my RX 550 that was too weak to handle Minecraft with shaders and even Fallout 4 at a reasonable framerate. MSI because I owned one of their laptops that lasted ~4 years. (Owned by my dad for a year, then it got stashed in storage for 2 years when he upgraded, then it got taken out of storage and used as a replacement that I’ve had for a year) I would gladly buy another newer laptop from them any day. Apple, because I’ve owned multiple iPads and at least 2 iPhones. (First iPhone I got was the 4, then I got my current iPhone 6s Plus after my mom decided to give Apple a try again after she didn’t really care too much for Samsung.) I even owned multiple iPods. My first iPod I had for a while was an iPod nano, then an iPod touch 4th gen or something, then i got an iPod 5th gen after I lost my other one. I had the original iPad with the 30 pin dock connector, then I downsized to the smaller iPad mini, then I got an iPad Pro, gave that to my sister, got an iPad Air, then after that got old, I got my dad’s iPad Pro and he upgraded. I also have an Apple Watch series 2, with a cracked screen that I’m thinking of ditching due to how outdated it is and getting the Apple Watch series 4. I’m thinking of also upgrading to one of the newer iPhones because my iPhone 6s Plus is starting to get old. Ford mainly because their trucks actually do live up to the hype because my grandfather’s truck managed to survive well past 200k miles to 255k miles, and despite suspension problems causing it to ride rough, it still works. Sure, there’s still the controversy of them using aluminum that actually isn’t military grade, but as long as the truck still works, that’s the important part. There’s a solution to that problem, it’s titanium. It might not be as light as aluminum is, but it’s as durable as steel that the competitors use, maybe more. So at the cost of extra weight, you have a material that’s (almost) the best of worlds, dent resistant like steel, but it’s weight is somewhere in between aluminum and steel.

Why is my brand new iPad loading more slowly than my iPhone 5?

Actually it happen on my ipad pro too, compare with my iPhone 5c.the answer is really simpe :internet connectionyoutube video resolutioniPhone will automatically play youtube video on low resolution, let's say 360dpi or above, but ipad will play in higher resolution (You can set this resolution on youtube setting) Higher resolution mean you need longer load time on youtube video because you need faster internet connection on ipad than internet connection on iphone to get similiar fast youtube video load on your ipad than iphone. If you run on similiar internet speed, iphone which running lower resolution will run youtube videos faster than ipad.
