Look for interactions on the leaflet in each pack. I can't find any adverse interactions between them listed online. Be safe, check with a pharmacist, but I wouldn't think your doctor would prescribe both if there was any problem.

Can I take Co-Amoxiclav tablets and Trimethoprim tablets at the same time?
I was prescribed Trimethoprim to relax a painful temporo mandibular joint disfunction. A week later I was diagnosed with a kidney infection (so I'm currently taking Co-Amoxiclav antibiotics for that). I haven't taken any of the Trimethoprim tablets yet as I'm unsure of whether it's safe to mix the two medications... Can anybody help me please?

Can I dissolve my antibiotic Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim and take it that way?
I have a sinus infection and i was given Sulfamethoxazole/Trimethoprim I keep trying to swallow it but as soon as water touches it,it dissolves.So can i just dissolve it before i put it in my mouth and take it with apple sauce or water? Will it work the same? and how long does it take to work? I will choose the best answer.Thanks!!

As long as nothing bad's happened to you by using either, then it generally is safe. Benadryl is an antihistamine, and there's nothing major documented that shows antibiotics and antihistamines have any big effects on each other. Some things may interact with either one, but generally, if you take the correct dosage of your antibiotic as your doctor recommends, and you use Benadryl as it should be used, nothing too bad should happen to you. Some people like to be very clear with terms, and if you're one of those people, you can ask your doctor about this issue, but i'm pretty certain that he'll say the same; there may be some minor variations, but it should be the same.

Actually, I saw nothing about alcohol or smoking in the warnings. From Drugs.com.. What should I avoid while taking Bactrim? Avoid exposure to sunlight, sunlamps, or tanning beds. Bactrim can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, and a sunburn may result. Wear protective clothing and use sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher) when you are outdoors.
