chicken, breading, and all the grease it soaks up when it's fried. They may have gotten rid of the trans fat, but it's still fat. I would say, it is definitely unhealthy, I used to like it but the last time I ate there, I swore never again, it made me so sick it is disgusting and greasy. nothing there is healthy, I dont recall seeing any fresh produce type items on the menu or whole grain anything.

So if the temptation to eat an ice cream arises , it has to be quenched then and there by market ice creams , who will wait overnight for that?As a generic rule of thumb any food item that is processed and preserved has is extremely unhealthy and ice cream is no exception.Consider the added sugar (or artificial sweeteners) ,preservatives , partially hydrogenated oil (trans fats ) , emulsifiers , stabilizers and artificial flavors and colors.For me Ice cream = Milk ( Full of hormones injected in cow) + Sugar ( empty calories that wrecks havoc to the insulin levels and effect literally every organ of the body) + Chemicals (human bodies are not designed for these poisonous substances) .So commercially available market ice creams are one of the most unhealthiest food out there , others being cookies , biscuits , cakes , pastries , chips , breakfast cereals , chocolates etc.Having said that , it is perfectly OK to occasionally eat and enjoy ice cream say once in 2–3 months. But the fact remains that it is very unhealthy.Finally it is for you to choose , weather you want to have an external stimulus for an artificial happiness / contentment that lasts only a few minutes or enjoy the long lasting joy of winning over the temptation and be a confident person who can overcome the desires of the mind.The happiness you get by not succumbing to unhealthy food is far higher than that you get by eating it.I wish you well!

So I went to a shop today and I saw Ramune soda and it looked really neat and delicious. I decided I needed to get one so I got the Coconut flavor and it was so good! I want to go buy more but I'm afraid it is as unhealthy as any other pop. I don't want to get hooked on anything too unhealthy as I'm trying to maintain a healthier diet. As I said I'm TRYING. Haha, anyway I know it has high fructose corn syrup in it but is it terrible like Coke or darker colored American sodas? I don't expect it to be healthy for me but could it be cancer causing like our typical Dr. Pepper or Pepsi? There is not much on the nutrition on these awesome drinks. Fruits are healthy!!! Many people believe one should avoid eating an excessive amount of fruit because of the high sugar content. I completely disagree. I cannot recommend any other food higher than pure, raw fruits. Fruits are high in antioxidants and astringents and have the highest magnetic energy of all foods. Simple sugars (fruit), require minimal digestive effort and convert easily into carbohydrates which our body will then use to nourish, repair and energise cells. Complex sugars (processed food etc) require much more digestive effort to convert into simple sugars before they can be used and demand high levels of cortisol from the adrenal glands. The body will then excrete what it can, store some of it as fat or rid itself of any unused sugar through fermentation which causes acidosis. (an acidic body) There is a big difference between the two sugars. My moto - eat more fruit!
