Under what law is it illegal to eat human?
It seems, from a google search, that it is not illegal to eat human, but it is illegal to kill the person you eat. For example, a man in England ate human flesh a few years ago in public which he had gotten from medical donations. He was arrested, because nobody wanted him to do it, but it turned out he could not be charged for it and he ended up eating his human meat anyway. As a counter-example, a man in Germany put an ad out asking for someone he could eat. A man came, and consented to be eaten, and so the cannibalism took place. At the end of it all, the man who did the advertisement had killed and eaten the other man. He was arrested and convicted on charges of murder. So, if you are a prospective cannibal, do not seek out a live meal, but instead seek out connections to organ-donor programs and such.

I was thinking about cannibalism and I'm just curious. Would it count if you were eating yourself? Like, if you some how managed to get a part of your body off without bleeding to death then ate it would that be wrong? Also, is cannibalism even illegal (if consensual?) PS. Prions are also very difficult to kill because they don’t contain any RNA or DNA.The chance of getting prion disease is very very high so humans will most likely not survive if we consume human flesh.Hence, unless there is a cure for the prion diseases and a sudden crave produced in a bunch of humans (other than the small tribal population that supposedly eats human flesh after death) to have human flesh, I don’t think there will come a time when humans will eat humans.
