Is It Illegal To Leave Germany And Return To The United States Without Paying Rent

How long can you typically go without paying your apartment rent if you got a 3 days notice to pay the rent or get out?

I assure you that not paying your rent is one of the worst decisions that you can make. Your life will not be the same after an eviction. It can be a very traumatic experience.Every state is going to have slightly different eviction laws but here in Ohio my company has a very large rental portfolio in the Cleveland area and this is how we handle tenants who do not pay rent.Rent is due on the 1st.Rent is late on the 2nd.We call tenants 3x day from the 5th through the 10th.We put up 3 day notices on the 10th.After the 3 day notices we file for eviction. Once we file we will no longer accept rent. At this point the non paying tenant can't pay or get out of the legal ramifications of their actions. We win the court eviction and get a write to regain possession of the property. The eviction remains on your record for life. It will be incredibly hard if not impossible to find another landlord willing to rent to you.We send in the bailiffs (guns drawn) to the home. If you do not open the door they kick it in and forcibly remove any occupants living in the home.Everything that the tenant owns is placed on the curb by a moving crew. They can clear out an entire home in about 2 hours. They are not vary delicate with your possessions. Everything stays on the curb until 5pm. Scrappers and thieves usually come by and steal anything of value. At 5pm we bring a dump truck and load up everything that is left and take it to storage. After 30 days in storage we take it to the dump. After all of the above a non paying tenant can also expect the following to happen. We take you back to court and sue you for back rent, legal costs and damages. We garnish your wages until all debts are paid off.As you can gather from everything above being evicted is a terrible experience that is 100% preventable by you. Don't be stupid, pay your rent or move out of your landlord's property you are only hurting yourself if you don't.For more information on evictions take a look at the LIVE video of one of my company’s evictions below.Have more Real Estate related questions? Is it illegal to Evict a pregnant woman in the state of Kentucky?

As long s you have a lease, then you have rights. In most states they have to give you 30 days notice, and then it has to go to court, for the eviction to take place. I would deff talk to a lawyer if I were you, cause you have rights to!!! If she wants to evict you, just let her know that okay, fine, but this is my 30 days notice, RIGHT? and if it comes to it, change the locks yourself, and if she tries to force you out, let her try to get violent, and just call the police... (It would look better for you to have a police report on-file!) But as long as you have a lease, you have rights, but if no lease, You are pretty much screwed!!! :-(

Hope this helps....

Is it legit to sell my roommates stuff if he hasn't paid rent in 4 months?

My roommate moved in and has been telling us that he's been paying rent all this time along and been sending the checks in separately its been 4 months now and my landlord has called numerous times telling us that she has not received any of his money since he has been staying here...currently he hasn't been home in about a week or so we locked his room with a different door knob so he doesn't have the key and left a note saying that if you didn't pay us the back rent by the end of the week then we would sell it to make up for the missing money is this legit?

Does it cost a US army soldier anything to take leave while deployed?

Let me guess: You, or someone close to you, is romantically engaged with someone who contacted you/your friend online. This person is claiming to be serving with the US Army somewhere, and wants to go on leave to visit you/your friend, but need you to cover costs associated with getting leave, possibly also travel costs back to the “normal world”. You’ve never actually met this guy face to face, but you may have spoken on the phone. Did he perhaps already ask you to cover phone/Internet costs from where he is deployed?Sorry to have break this to you, but it’s a scam.Leave processing is free. Paperwork associated with military travel is free. Travel to and from deployment areas is also free. This is sadly a scam that is becoming all to common.

Can A Realtor Enter Your Home Without Permission?

I'll tell you what to do...call the local Board of Realtors and report that agent.

A Realtor can lose their MLS membership for that, as the lockboxes "log" who put in their suprakey code and the time...it is unique to every agent.

While a phone call to the police is not necessary, the agent does need to be reported. What the agent did was unethical, borderline illegal, and violates your right to privacy, not to mention it was a stupid move.

You don't report the agent to the State Real Estate Commission b/c they do not control nor regulate the MLS, the Board of Realtors do. It is a private professional organization.

PS: Kemperk is 190% wrong in his advice. The rules of the MLS clearly state that unless the listing SPECIFICALLY says, "Call, leave message, and show" you MUST obtain prior permission.

Absolutely, no exceptions.

All Realtors ultimately belong to the National Association of Realtors and the local MLS belongs to the local Realtor association, so the rules DO NOT CHANGE regarding entry without permission no matter what state you live in.

Why are migrants so interested in going to the U.K.? Why do they cross the Channel to the UK rather than stay in countries like France or Germany?

A whole load of misinformation, basically. Many of these migrants are led to believe they'll be able to move to England and get given a house, money and a job, and then be able to bring their whole extended family over. That the UK really is the land of milk and honey with the streets paved with gold. Most of them already also speak English and/or have friends or relatives who are already here, which makes the UK a more attractive destination that most of the rest of mainland Europe. The reality is far different. With the exception of those with genuine claims for asylum, the rest, if they get in, get nothing. No house, no handouts. They'll end up working illegally, earning a pittance, sleeping ten to a room in a grotty house somewhere with an unscrupulous landlord, and constantly on the lookout for the police who will deport them with a quickness if they're discovered.Although, considering the circumstances most of these people came from, that's a step up in the world. Most of us can't even begin to imagine the kind of lives these people came from, the treacherousness of their journey and the degree of hope all of this takes. The horror they must have seen every day that prompted them to make this long, dangerous and gruelling trip to Calais, leaving their loved ones behind.I feel sorry for them that the reality can in no way measure up to their lofty dreams. These people are humans from the worst parts of the world and deserve respect and assistance, but until the whole EU (yes, including the UK) can get together and work out a fair and equitable way to deal with them, there's no way we can take the moral high ground.

Japan doesn't have an illegal immigration problem because the immigration laws of Japan are enforced. They have no sanctuary cities?

If we look at the richest countries in the world we see America, we see Japan, we see Germany, we see France.

Very interestingly, all of those countries have problems with ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.

Only Japan is spared.

And it's easy to see why.

An illegal immigrant in Japan is not even allowed to rent a room in a Hotel.

It is a crime to rent apartments or houses to illegals in Japan.

There are NO sanctuary cities.

They can't have bank accounts, no access to school or healthcare, no access to benefits.
