Is It Illegal To Spread Rumors Truths However About Someone In Canada B.c.

Is it illegal to have a unassisted home birth in florida?

Any laws against unasisted homebirth are basically unenforceable. There's no way for them to prove that labor didn't move too fast for you to call anyone or go anywhere. If you are interested in having a home bith with a midwife, Florida law requires that all insurance cover the expenses of midwives and home births or birth center births.

Mothering.com forums are a great place to ask about home birth, either unassisted or midwife-assisted. Happy birthing!

Is there a maximum knife length I can carry in Canada (or Alberta)?

As far as I’m aware, the only knives that are prohibited or restricted are switch blades and their ilk.You can carry other knives whenever/however you want. However, you have no right to do so. If the police ever feel that you are carrying a weapon dangerous to the public - whatever that weapon is - they can seize it, and possibly arrest you depending on the circumstances. It’s not unheard of for police to be willing to take any weapon you’re carrying that you can’t justify as not being for aggressive use - IE: you can carry a swiss army knife no problem, or a slightly larger one, in almost any circumstance. If, however, you carry a big ol’ combat knife, you’d better have a good story to tell the cops if you don’t want them to take it from you. (Usually, that story would involve going out into the backwoods. Canadians respect the dangers of the boonies).

What is a good (harmful) prank phone call for an ex-boyfriend?

Okay, call him and be like *in a manly voice* "Hey..I found this number in this chicks phone..I think her name's like (something close to your name)...she left her phone in her jeans that she forgot in my truck..do you know how I can get it back to her??" We did this to a friends BOYFRIEND and he FLIPPED out!! But then we told him we were joking...it went on for like 30 min tho and we wouldnt tell him who it was.

If a teacher doesn't show up in the first 15 minutes of class, am I free to leave?

I have actually experienced this in high school, and I am telling you NOT to leave. In fact, you should report this to someone. We had an 8th period honors lit class and it was the 3rd week of school last fall. We knew ahead of time that we were going to have a sub that day. When the bell rang, nobody was there. Of course the very same rumor (the 15 minute rule) started being mentioned, but it was shut down by a few people who said that is nonsense. So, our class adjusted from the plan to leave after 15 minutes to just never calling for a teacher to come. So, for 30 minutes we socialize, while getting cover from a couple of girls (who decided to turn off the lights to make it look like we are watching a movie or something as well as make everyone shut up when someone opened the door to go to the bathroom). Of course, about 35 minutes into the 50 minute class, we got exposed when one of the students decided to email the principal that she was being trapped and pressured to be quiet and not notify anyone. The lit department supervisor came in and obliterated our class verbally, which is completely fair. Our normal teacher plus the supervisor then scolded us for another 20 minutes the following week. Luckily, in about a month, I think the incident became the past and was not really important in terms of class dynamic.Overall, I can’t tell you for college but in highschool you better not damn leave your class.

Is it safe to travel to Kiev alone to find a wife?

A wrote about this topic in my article here: How to Kiss a Ukrainian Girl | Ukraine! Magazine . A more humorous question would be is it safe to travel to Kiev without YOUR wife? ;-)  More seriously, Kiev (Kyiv) is a surprisingly safe city for its size.  Looking for a wife can be a bit tricky unless you plan to spend a lot of time in Ukraine. The women who are ready to marry a foreigner after knowing him very briefly don't usually have the purest of motives--so watch out. We don't live in the 90's anymore so the quantity of Ukrainian women that is prepared to leave the country by marrying a foreigner has definitely decreased AND attractive young women who are already in Kiev also have plenty of options among successful and good-looking local guys--so foreign guys need more than a passport to compete.  Foreigners will definitely be more attractive to Ukrainian women in other parts of the country besides Kiev...particularly in the South and East of the country...Western Ukraine is very traditional and conservative and women tend to get married at a very young age there and fewer seem interested in marrying a foreign man.

Can my husband's mistress sue me for defamation of character for blasting her on the Internet, but it was not rumor it was fact?

There’s a website that makes a fortune off people who blast other people and businesses on the internet. Here is how it works. As long as a website doesn’t alter or remove users’ content, it cannot be held liable for what the user wrote. There might be a few exceptions.A woman had a problem with the rehabilitation centre she just left and gave the rehab centre a bad rap on this website. She lied, exaggerated, etc.The website has a legal scam. They have SEO experts on staff who made sure that when someone searched for the rehabilitation centre, this woman’s complaint showed up near the top of the search results. This damaged the reputation of the rehab centre. The rehab centre sued the woman. The judge agreed and ordered the woman to delete her lies off the internet. Otherwise, she goes to jail. Here is the clever part of the scam. The website will not allow anyone to change or delete their comments. They heavily advertise this and say that it means unethical businesses cannot pressure someone to retract what they said. The woman cannot remove her lies and will go to jail.Ah, no worries. For a fee, the website will modify the SEO so her lies no longer are on the first page. They will be on page fourteen or page one hundred. They are still on the internet but are unlikely to do any harm. The fee? It varies but is usually $20,000 or $50,000 or more. Just sign this contract…Clever, eh?The moral? Don’t diss anyone publicly. It can backfire badly.
