Why do older men date younger women?
As a man that is in a relationship with a younger woman (as distinct from girl), l can probably say the following with some confidence and in no particular order:older women tend to be set in their waysolder women tend to be less interested in sexolder women are usually more autonomous and self reliant, which is a good thing as well as being more experienced when it come to accepting differencesyounger women have less life experiences and are generally more idealistic which plays to being less accommodating or acceptingolder men can see through certain behaviours to the resulting consequences with greater ease due to their own experiences and can thus, if they’re grown up enough, chose how to respond. This could piss some younger women off of course.it takes a particular type of younger woman, in terms of her emotional and intellectual maturity, to have a relationship of any consequence with an older chap. Some younger woman just prefer to be with someone that is more stablethe rule of thumb is, in terms of optimal age (x) difference, the chaps age (a) divided by two plus seven: x = (a/2) + 7. Anything beyond this and it starts to become creepy and frivolous. This formula can, in fact, be universally applied to any mans age (within the usual conventions of course). This is simply because women tend to mature more quickly than men.younger women tend to gird older chaps to being a little more conscious of their health on both mental and physical levels. For her it's more about the chemistry as she doesn't necessarily prefer older men. It's just that, in this case, it happily works for her. She says it helps that I don't look my age and can engage with most people irrespective of their age, race, background. Is it normal for a 40-year-old married man (with kids) to befriend and text two younger women in their 20s in a span of a year? I'm suspicious and I hate it.
You should be suspicious and you should hate it.I am a 40 year old man with kids and I could not for the life of me imagine why I would need to befriend women in their 20’s. I could promise that we would have very little in common, except of course sex.I do have a 21 year old babysitter listed in my phone though. My wife told me to save her number in case it is needed.

But first let me give you some backgroundWhen I first met my hubby I was a hairdresser and he used to come in and have me cut his hair. I actually thought he was younger than he was, I was shocked when he told me he was 42. I was 19 at the time and thought, “well that's that, he's too old for me.”After a few more haircuts and him being stuck in my head no matter what I did I decided “fuck it I'll give him my number and see what happens.”We ended up just clicking and being inseparable after one time of hanging out at his house, yes we did have sex for those of you wondering and it was spectacular!neither one of us wanted a relationship. We both had our hearts broken and at one point or another and said our relationship was just a casual one. It broke my heart but I understood his reasons. Age wise I'm right in between his kids so you can imagine the anxiety that created for him.After seeing each other for a while we realised just how compatible we actually are and how well we balanced each other out. he told his kids and family about me and lucky me THEY WERE MORE THAN ACCEPTING. THEY JUST WANTED HIM TO BE HAPPY.Then came time to tell my mother, that didn't go over so smooth. In fact I ended up breaking things off for a couple of weeks because of my mother's reaction ( she loves my hubby now though) I was so broken, I immediately knew I made the wrong decision and ended up telling him that I missed him and just wanted to be happy so we got back together and it's been one great adventure and learning experience.So my answer to your question : NO IT IS NOT WRONG. IF YOU GENUINELY ENJOY EACH OTHER'S COMPANY KEEP ON KEEPING ON! You never know what you could be passing up!
Is it possible for 50 year old man and a 20 year old woman to have a healthy, long term relationship?
Look, it's ok for a man and a dog to have a healthy relationship, but lets get real. I've hung out with my daughter's friends for an hour. They think I'm fun, and they can be cute, even beautiful.But, why a 50 wants a 20 is easy to see, if a tight body and arm candy and a lack of depth is what he wants.Why a 20 year old girl wants a 50 year old man, is also pretty easy to figure. And girl, please add 25 to each of your age. You may not believe this but you are hotter and more desirable at 45, and you are possibly helping your man use his walker. Yes, some 75 year olds are in amazing shape. But math and probability pretty much work.Here's a question: what are the chances that the 59 year old is broke and the 20 year old is rich?
Why has spanking become socially unacceptable?
I believe that lack of physical discipline has contributed to the decline in values particularly in some children. But the rise in single parent families has a lot to do with it as has making things too easy for young females who get pregnant so that they get benefits and "free" housing. Fear, not of parents, but of consequences is what makes for discipline. In years past murders were rarer due to the fear of the death penalty, other crimes rarer due to the fear of prison; prisons are now easy compared with years ago. With children, fear of the cane (in school) and spanking at home was often enough to instil respect without the punishment being often required. Parents should not be afraid to administer spankings (preferably bare bottom) when required but their children should know that is a possible consequence of misdeeds.
