Is It Normal That I Felt Weird After He Gave Me A Compliment

Is this weird or normal because I feel weird about it?

I agree, You're very young. Unfortunately, so are a lot of people that are exposed to sex. Though masturbation is a "normal" act for the majority of society, the weird feeling is more than likely your conscience. Think about why you are choosing to masturbate, what kinds of feelings you have before/during/after, and why that might be.

Perhaps the pleasure of masturbation could be outweighed by the promise of sharing yourself with someone else in the future. Someone who deserves your respect, commitment and love.

Guys, would you think this was a cute compliment, or weird?

Either. Comp to u.... Orr she rly just wants ur name

ignore these. see what you think of yourself matters more than what others think of you. i have certain talents. but the only thing people see when they look at me is how pretty i am. i don't think i am that pretty. but i am conventionally pretty. so it hurts me each time because no one cares what i do in life. all they tell me is how easy it will be for my parents to marry me off. not only that, i get all the compliments and my younger sister gets upset and jealous. because she dresses  up better and actually wants to be complimented. and i feel worse each time, because i can't do anything about it. my mother tells me to ignore them if  i don't like it. so thats what i do now. boys like me for one reason and that's not to be in a relationship. my friends are insecure of me because they think i will steal their boyfriends. i won't do any of these. because that is against my morals. and i am proud of myself because of that. people think since i am pretty i am brainless. my father treats me that way.so ignore whatever you don't like. and don't count compliments from people who don't matter in your life.

It is a bit weird that people compliment you on your figure. It is not a natural part of conversation. You: HelloThey: My, what a lovely figure you have!I’m sure it must be upsetting to think that your figure is outlandish enough to become an actual point of conversation. But, as with all such cases, the best advice is to ignore them. If some people realise that things they say upset someone, then it becomes a sort of victory for them. Hence: Ginger people and black and Asian people being put down. Or anyone who is different for that matter.I’m sorry that you have to undergo this, but please be assured that one day, no-one will mention your figure. Go out with your head held high and try to endure it as best as possible. You know, we are so very much more than our outward appearance.

Is it normal to feel weird in a way that I always want to be with my gf now, aftermay wantto get back together?

Long story short, she cheated on me, and I forgave her, it really takes alot to get me mad or upset I guess, but I really also care about her more than anything. I found this out in person, a little after we got engaged. Later on she wanted a break and gave me back the ring, saying she wasn't feeling the same way about me. That was in july. So now just last week we had lunch and hung out and I took off half day at work to hang out with her. It was pretty nice. We talked a bunch and she said that she really had good feelings for me and all this kind of stuff, and its been making me feel great knowing that too. I just don't know if she is playing mind games with me, which would be pretty messed up. Ive been with her for 3 years and I don't think she would do that, but she also cheated on me once, and I wouldnt of guessed that also. Any suggestions to what I should do? Any similar situations?

Well it’s certainly nice knowing that someone thinks you’re beautiful. But the feeling isn’t anything special - the so called “effect” of the compliment goes away fast.I got compliments mostly in Italy and in Spain and it felt nice. Sometimes even a simple compliment can make your day better. Of course, my response was always a polite thank you.My mother got a lot of compliments in Egypt and Italy. That’s probably why I remembered what ya amar means.Overall, it’s nice to receive compliments and I think that there is no girl that doesn’t like when a guy gives her a compliment even if he is a complete stranger.

Is it normal for my body, not my teeth to feel weird after having my wisdom teeth removed?

It's funny this question came up. Because my 17 year old brother just got his taken out on Saturday! This is what he told me: They give you laughing gas & an IV shot. But they give you the shot when your loopy on laughing gas so you don't feel it as bad when your just normal. Then he said he never felt a thing, he just remembers going to the oral surgeon, then waking up on our living room couch! Ahaha. He says 'Honestly you don't feel them cutting them out, I know that sounds scary but really you feel nothing, it's just when you get home take Motrin and the pain killer they give you when needed. You also have to wear these square pads over the stitches on the bottom and you have to apply gentle pressure on the back teeth, you put new ones in every hour or so. You also have to put this ice pack that velcro's on top of your head and the ice stays around your jaw area. You literally can only eat: pudding, yogurt, jello and verryy whipped mashed potatoes. By the next day you look like a chipmunk with nuts in your mouth, haha, but it just trama to your mouth. By the 3-4th day you will be able to eat softer things such as macaroni and cheese, and small pastas, but it's important to do and obey everything on the paper they give you, like don't brush your teeth for at least 3 days, but you can use warm salt water to kill bacteria. And do not spit or suck threw a straw, if you have to spit just hold your head over a sink and let the spit just fall out. I'm almost 5 days of having it and the only bad think that's happened so far is this really nasty taste like puss or stitch goo is reeally nasty and tastes like vomit. But that's the only bad thing I experienced in my whole time with it. Best of luck, and you'll be fine!' My brother typed that ^^^ So I hope this helps a lot. Just stay strong and you'll be fine! :)

It happened in May 2014.I was traveling from Delhi to Nagpur, where I was posted back then.I was not able to get reservation in any train but managed to get RAC in Gondwana Express which is not so clean and comfortable train also lacking pantry car.So, I was travelling with RAC ticket. Which means I have to share my seat with someone else.As I entered my coach of the train and tried to locate my seat, to my surprise I found that one big fat man was seating there, like a king of ugly country. I thought, oh God why Me ??? I was mentally getting ready for an uncomfortable night in the dirty train. One kind fellow passenger read my face and offered me one of his family's seat in another coach which was vacant for some reason.I thanked him a lot and moved to that coach. As I reached there I find out that a family was having meal on my seat, so I just pushed my bag under the seat and stood there waiting for seat to be emptied.Suddenly, someone touched my shoulder, I turned to look at the person. I saw a very gorgeous girl on the side upper seat of the train with her laptop open and some books for UPSC Civil Services Exams. She ordered me to join her which I readily executed. She (Looking at my Bag) : Are you studying in that Coaching Class?I (thinking why the hell I am carrying this ugly bag, I am not that miser) : No no, I used to but now I am working in Central Goverment. I think you are preparing for Civil Services? After that, one of the most memorable conversations in my life started with intense topics, laughter, mimics and lots of things. She was smiling and I was falling for her. After about 30 minutes of conversation she said “Tumse baat karte hue aisa lag raha hai jaise main tumhe bahut saalo se janti hu. I am very very happy to meet you.” (While talking to you I felt that I have known you for very long time.)“This is the best compliment I got by a Girl”After train reached Nagpur we parted wth smiles and exchanged numbers.

He called me 'HIS PORNSTAR'... It is a compliment? What does it mean?

Since he's your fiance and you guys are planning on getting married, I would consider this a compliment. There's a lot of posts on here about peoples other half not living up to their potential in the bedroom.

You are taking care of your man needs and I am sure he appreciates it very much. Sounds like you don't have to worry about him straying while you two are apart. You two are very lucky and trust me, people tend to change ( get lazy in the bedroom) over time. If you enjoy it as much as him, you two will be happy for a very long time.

A lot of people will be envious!!!

My own understanding (I am not, nor have I ever been…) is that women feel threatened by compliments when the interaction is to focus attention on the person delivering it.That is, if you’re a stranger interrupting the woman, the “compliment” is about you, not her, because you’re forcing yourself in her way looking for recognition. This is the core feeling behind catcalling (where, if the woman doesn’t respond, the callers will often get angry) and a lot of stalking; those are all about asserting power in extremely sad ways. Likewise, compliments that are completely tone deaf to the context of the situation, like complimenting a colleague’s clothing after she’s given a presentation, are not compliments. In other words, the easiest way to figure out how someone (man or woman) will take a compliment is to first ask yourself, is it really a compliment? Because most of the compliments women get, I hear, aren’t. They’re men trying to get the spotlight on them for being—they hope—such wonderful guys.Another way to think about it: What’s your reaction going to be if she ignores the compliment? If your answer is anything other than “go about my life as if it never happened” (for example, being angry that she didn’t thank you) there’s a fairly good chance that you’re about to act threatening. Not that hard, is it? Treat women like actual human beings with lives of their own, and it’s kind of hard to go wrong…
