Of course they can dear (: Heels would be appropriate in any place where you can walk in them, *Warning : watch out for rocky areas ;P Stilletos for special occasions. Wedges for a casual look & it's more comfortable. Practice walking in them and make sure you don't look like you're having a hard time. THEN you can def. pull it off honayyy :D Goodluck girl~~~

Well looking at what other 14/15 years olds wear, crop tops and high waisted jeans. I'm kidding. You wear whatever you want, but ask yourself if you are comfortable in it.The best advice I ever got was never leave the house unless you are completely comfortable in what your wearing and it feels like you.Now your at the age, where your trying different types of clothing and styles and you won't figure out what is you for a little while. Your still growing into your body. So I suggest taking the time to experiment. When I was your age I went from wearing furry gilets, bright lipsticks, to chokers and high heels. Rather embarrassingly.Would you be comfortable wearing a crop top, would you feel comfortable with having your midriff out?I personally think it's a bit much for a young teenager to have so much exposed. Take baby steps, don't feel pressured to wear things you aren't sure about. I never followed what others wore even though occasionally I was made fun of, but now they all wear what I used to. Now at the age of 19 I have my style figured out, I know what suits my personality and my body.Let your personality shine through what you wear. Find your unique style, but most importantly feel happy and comfortable.

Yes it's okay but only on special occasions although I think for her it would be better to choose something with a thick heel and not too high in order to avoid looking 10 years older than her actual age.

When you are 14 you aren't an adult. What your friends are doing is growing up to fast. This generation has the tendency to think, if you have a "teen" at the end of your age you are grown and can do whatever you want.Make up isn't bad, and having boyfriends isn't bad either. But there is a limit. It's not really OK being 14 and having your face caked up every day JUST to go to school. It's ridiculous. Plus, its not healthy. A 14 year old is going through puberty and changes, which also means acne.When you are 14 you aren't necessarily a kiddy kid where you live on toys daily and you aren't an adult where pay bills and have a job. You are in the middle and that's whats confusing about being a teen. When you act one way, your acting too childish and then when you act another way you are acting too grown. I say no to high heels (on a daily basis, on occasion is an OK), tons of makeup (mascara/eyeliner/little bit of color to your lips aren't bad) and toys.I say yes to friends, fan-girling, homework, boyfriends (not sexual though), seeking guidance and just being free! You are still a kid and shouldn't be growing up too fast. You shouldn't be wearing heels to school every day as if you are working at an office. Same with make-up.Can't they wait about 4-5 years? Then they can wear all the make up, and heels they want! For a lifetime! Don't rush into the adulthood and live in the present.But let your friends be them. I highly doubt that talking to them will make them throw out their make up and heels. It depends on the occasion. I wouldn't say to wear them everyday but I think it's fine in certain situations. My mom made me start wearing heels at 13 for special functions and they were up to 4 inches high. I think you can wear 6 inch platforms if you're confident in them.
