Is It Okay Do Work Out About 6 Hours A Day 7 Days A Week

Can i work out 7 days a week? 2-3 hours a day? to lose weight?

Hey sweetheart!

In working out 7 days a week, 2-3 hours each day, your body will not have nearly as much energy as it would require to be a beneficial decision. What I mean by that, is that your body will definitely not have enough nutrition and energy to make this work to your benefit. You will end up losing muscle tissue, as opposed to fat storage, setting yourself up to gain all the weight back again.

A few rules of thumb to abide by:

NEVER exceed 90 minutes of physical activity (working out), unless you have been training for a LONG time, and it is part of your lifestyle. Especially if you are just starting on a workout regime. Your muscles will not be able to handle this- You will be in a LOT of pain. More so, you will run your body down, and will not be able to continue with this workout regime. Make sure your workout regime is something you will be able to keep up with for a lifestyle.

You need to have one rest day every week. Make it easier by choosing the same day. For instance, my rest day is every Sunday. The rest of the week is scheduled into categories and body areas.
That rest day is very important- It provides your body with the necessary time to recooperate before the next 6 days of physical activity.

I suggest doing 3 days of 30-45 minutes cardio, 1 day of 45-60 minutes cardio, and 2 days of resistance training (Lower body and Upper body).

At least to start. As you go, you can increase the times and difficulties, but you need to do this gradually so that your body can adjust. Otherwise you will not get the results you want.

Make sure you are getting protein in every meal (5-6 small meals per day). And make sure you eating 30 hour before and 30 hour after your workouts (Protein, protein, protein!)

You want to focus on building some muscle. Muscle in itself burns calories (on its own!!) which is awesome. Also, it takes up much less room in your body, so that you lose inches, without necessarily losing pounds. ( A more healthy method of losing fat! )

Hope this helps, sweetheart!

I work out 2 and a half hours 5 days a week and eat healthy and can't lose weight please help!!!?

Here is what WILL help you: Increase your dairy intake. There is some correlation between dairy intake and fat loss. Cut all processed foods (white sugars, white flour, corn syrup, any food with preservatives), and eat mostly organic foods. Increase your spice intake (cinnamon specifically), it has been shown to increase metabolism. Eat 6 small meals throughout the day. Don't eat anything lowfat. All that does is put your fat burning ability in low gear. Important tip: Shop only on the outer rim of the supermarket! I lost tons of weight eating this way WITHOUT exercise. What this diet will do for you is fix your metabolism, give you more energy, and help you lose the fat!

Is working out 4 days a week enough?

4 days in a week is in fact the best way to workout…if you are skinny and want to gain weight I would suggest working out only 3 days a week…and if you want to lose weight then 4 to 5 days a week is enough…put more of your focus on your diet and get a good 8 hour sleep everyday…

A tailor works 8 hours a day...?

he spends 4x hours making shirts
and 6y hours making coats

he works a total of 48 hrs, so

4x+6y=48

rewriting:

6y=-4x+48, dividing through by 2:

3y=-2x+24

y=-(2/3)x +8

the y intercept is 8 and represents the number of coats (y) he would make if he made 0 shirts (x)

the slope is -2/3 and tells you he makes 2/3 fewer coats for every shirt he makes; if he makes 3 more shirts, he makes two fewer coats
