Can you take double the dosage of alli?
Okay for all out there who don't know...it will not give you any of those little side effects you have heard about unless you eat too much fat. If you eat a normal amount of food and dont over do it you will be fine. That is not what I am worried about.
Is it okay to double up on the dosage for Alli?
A couple of years ago I used Xenical for 2 months with great results and no side effect (only noticed that oily discharge in the bathroom) but due to the expensive price tag, I had to stop taking the medication. I am now trying Alli (which only has half the dosage of Xenical and more affordable) with no side effect? Is it possible to safely double up on dosage for Alli (2 pills each time instead of 1) without adversed effect. I could not find any information that I can use to compare the ingredients of or other factors about both medications. I am not having any of the side effects listed and though it has only being a week, I am seeing no difference. I work out 6 days a week (resistance training and cardio) and eat vegetarian meals sensibly. I am also planning to talk to the store's pharmacist about this but wanted to know if anyone else have answers.

Do NOT take more that the recommended dosage of ANY medications unless directed by a health provider!!! It can be very harmful!!!
What happens if a lizard falls on your left leg or foot?
Your right leg and foot will become insanely jealous and want a lizard of their own. I say the best way to stay safe is to double up. I suggest bearded dragons, they enjoy a good lounging session and will appreciate the body warmth. Be prepared to buy another pair for your shoulders as well.

I have taken Xenical in the past and it really works. Xenical has none of the side effects of other diet pills i.e. dizziness, headaches, dry mouth and it will not make you sick. But if you don't switch and stick to a low fat diet and think because you are taking Alli/Xenical you can eat whatever you want...you are sadly mistaken. The side effects you will experience for not following the recommendation of a low fat diet is very loose stools, anal leaking, gas with leakage, etc. So if you decide to take it you should try to stick with a healthy diet and exercise. Alli/Xenical is not a get skinny quick pill. It's a tool to help you reach your weightloss or weight management goals. Please note Xenical is prescription strenght 120mg and Alli is OTC (over the counter) strenght at 60mg. So by doing the math if you take two of the 60mg Alli pills then you should receive the effect of one 120mg Xenical. Alli will be packaged in 60, 90 and 120 count packages. This is better because you can order the 120 count packages and take 3 per day and if you ned to "double up" because you feel like treating your self.......stay close to a bathroom....then you can just take two and get the effect of the prescription strenght. Accidental Lexapro Overdose??!?
Im on 20 mg of Lexapro and i take it every morning. I didnt get any sleep last night so ive just been in this crazy fog all day i dont even know what the hell im doing but im pretty sure that i took a 20mg pill about 30 minutes ago im almost positive thats what i took. So anyways now im kinda freaking out big time is this gonna really screw me up??

I took this when it was prescription only and called Xenical. I was told by my doctor that it blocked up to 20-30% of the fat from food I ate and to watch the content to make sure I got no more than this per day. So, I didn't listen..... I sure wish I had. It brings havoc to your body if you eat more fat than you should. It also depends on what kind of fat you eat, likle dairy, animal, or vegetable. Vegetable was a little easier on me it seemed than ice cream or steak, but I ate everything, I was just careful.
