Is It Possible For A 15 Yr Old To Loose 50-60 In 6 Months

Can i lose 55 pounds in 1 and a half month?

Eat 1,200 calories if you're under 5'5 and 1,500 calories if your over 5'5. Do this once every single day

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7.
Jumping jackes 60 60 60 50 60 60 50
Crunches 50 40 50 40 40 50 30
Squats 20 30 20 30 30 35 35
Push-ups 15 15 10 15 20 15 10

Rest 15 seconds between each row. Jump rope for 20 minutes every day.
With this you'll lose 15 pounds in a month and a half. But if you eat the same amount and do the first workout 3 seperate times every day and jump rope for an hour a day you'll lose 46 pounds in a month and a half. There're apps for counting calories or you can find a website to track them on.

How can I lose 100 pounds in 6 months?

Suggested Diet (Inexpensive)

Rinsed ground beef (put into colander and rinse with hot water, place back in pan to evaporate remaining water). Boneless skinless chicken, tuna, nuts (I prefer a handful of walnuts as they have the omega 3 acids that you get from fish) and veggies.

Juices, fruits, pasta and potato's in moderation

Of course avoid fatty meats, fast food and breads.

Keep your Calorie intake to about 1200-2000 (don't go below 1200).

I am a big believer in weights at the gym. Higher muscle mass=more calories needed to burn to maintain.

Lift 5 days a week, working everybody part. Use light weights. 2-3 sets at 12-15 reps. Rest as little as possible in between sets. This will not only increase muscle mass, but also give you a cardio work out. If you insist on doing more (and have the energy) go for a walk in the evening.

If you are working out for 3 hours at the gym, than you are not working out hard enough. I consider myself in very good shape and I am exhausted after 1 hour.

Input vs output. It isn't about how much time you put into working out, its the quality as well.

Additional suggestion. If you follow the above plan, you will notice an immediate drop in weight 5-8 lbs a week for about 4 weeks. After that you will plateau and see about 2-4 lbs a week. Drink plenty of water and use a skin creme rich in vitamin E. Both the water and creme will help you skins retain its elasticity so you won't see the droppy skin effect.

Im 13 years old and weigh 260lbs how do i lose 100 ponds in 6 months?

Well if you want to lose weight you should first exercise 30 mins everyday and add more time. Then eat vegetables and water only.Sleep 8-9 hours and last no fast food such as mcdonalds

Will I have loose skin after I lose 90 lbs? I am 12 years old, male, and 6'1".

It depends entirely on how you lose it. If you watch biggest loser, you can see many outcomes over a long time. The more the weight is exercised off, the less skin issues. Also the longer it takes, the better for your skin. If you did a lot of exercise and took two years at least, to lose it, at your age (age being a big factor-the younger), the better and more elastic the skin) you may have no loose skin at all.My sister dieted and exercised like hell and lost 100 pounds over 6 months at the age of 40 and had no skin issues. However she has the most elastic skin I have ever seen, as in, some people have stretchy (as well as snap back) skin. It has to do with the quality of skin, genetics, hydration (drink a lot of water!) and she had never sun bathed or tanned, hence no sun damage which thickens the skin.My brother had cancer on the other hand and slowly lost 100 pounds over a year but was unable to exercise and had a droopy skin suit as a result. Those are the issues I have noticed.

Will I get loose skin if I lose 35 pounds? I am 17 years old, around 5'8 ft tall, and 190 lbs with a lot of stretch marks.

That's a little less than 20% of your total body weight. It's usually rapid & excessive weight loss that causes loose skin for people who are really obese. I wouldn't worry about this at your age; at 190 lbs and 5-ft 9-inches tall, you're borderline. You may be carrying a bit of excess weight, but you have control over this, and can lose it within 2-4 months if you adopt an exercise regimen, and correct your diet.It takes knowledge. The internet is a great resource. People tend to believe that working out is the only answer, and forget about the incredibly important component of FOOD. How to actually nourish their bodies with whole foods (not packaged or processed). Less meat -no more than once a day, if that. Fruits. Nuts. Vegetables. Rice, quinoa, and potatoes. Eating smaller portions, more often throughout the day.Perhaps you could focus on developing an exercise regimen. This is a good habit that will last you a lifetime, and has many beneficial effects on your body overall. Drink plenty of filtered water each day, develop a cardio regimen, perhaps lifting weights and/or using weight machines. You will never regret the time you spend in the gym, or outdoors walking.

I am a 23 year old male and  losing 20 - 30 hairs daily while I comb my hair in the mornings. Is this normal or should I consult a doctor?

.To understand this we need to analyse hair growth cycleOur hair goes through 3 phases anagen , catagen and telogen so 90% of hair is in anagen that is in growth phase and 10% is in telogen that is hair fall phaseSo depending upon how much hair you have on your head some hair follicles always are in phaseOnce this cycle completes it restarts newly so on an average if 50–60 ( depends upon how much hair you have on head)hair falls daily so it is normal as this much of hair will grow as new oneIf you have thinning hair, there is no need to spend money on expensive treatments and products.
