Why do democrats refuse to take responsibility for destroying the economy? Why do they still blame Bush after 8 failed years of Obama?
Playing the Blame Game and Race Card makes life easier for them. It requires no accountability or taking responsibility for the pitiful state of affairs. It took 43 presidents 200 years to spend a total of $ 6.4 trillion. It only took Obama one term, 4 years, to spend $ 6.9 trillion. He's bankrupted America during his presidency at $ 19.7 trillion and counting. With Obama in office, almost 1/3 of the American population, over 91 million people, are on Government assistance.
Do Democrats ever take responsibility for the bad things they do?
Look at what has gone on since the election loss. They didn’t blame themselves for stealing the nomination for a terrible candidate, they blamed everything and anything else. They blamed Russia, James Comey, Bernie Sanders, Wikileaks, misogyny… everything but their candidate.This is why the Democratic Party needs to go the way of the Whigs.
Why do Democrats hate the term "Personal Responsibility"?
They want to be in control of everthing and everybody. It is far more worthwhile a pursuit for any government to celebrate the actions/performances of the individual rather than mass us all together and funnel out what we can and cannot do/have. This is why liberalism doesn't work!
Why did Trump tell Pelosi and Schumer he would take responsibility for the government shutdown yet he is calling it the Democrat shutdown?
Because Trump has no foresight or self-discipline whatsoever. He just shoots off his mouth without thinking and regard for consequences.And this seems to be a persistent and stubborn delusion among Republican politicians. They always imagine they can shut down the government in an effort to blackmail Democratic politicians into caving in to their demands, without any substantial give-and-take bargaining.It’s really an abusive relationship. It reminds me of wife-beaters who tell their battered wives “you made me do this!”But it never works—the Republicans always advertise what they are doing—because they want to brag to their base, but everyone always knows what’s going on, and a solid majority will disapprove and put the blame where it belongs. This tactic always backfires on the Republicans, and they never learn, because their base always loves it. They think it signals toughness, when in fact the opposite is true. It’s the bully mentality at work.So it fits perfectly with how Trump operates. But Trump is not too bright, and he handed Democrats a weapon to bludgeon the Republicans with—they can play on ads over and over again, Trump saying he would own the wall. In fact, they don’t even have to—the media will do that for them, as they should.
Is Proud-of-It Trump responsible for closing down (part of) the government or the Democrats as he claims?
This one is on Trump. What idiots who write for the Huffington Post never understand is we on the right are happy about it. We want the wall, illegals deported, no path to citizenship, no DACA, no DREAMERS. Because we are smart enough to see this is nothing more than Democrats trying to subvert the will of the people by bringing in foreign voters. We’re going to see civil war in America if the practice continues. In the same way Europe is having major problems because of unchecked migration. It’s gotten to the point where America needs to split. Because there is no way we on the right are going to accept policies popular in California and New York. The gross tax measures, gun control, limits on speech, etc. For years these states screwed the rest of the nation by taking for themselves what would be a federal income tax rate because it was an income tax deduction. Trump changed that and now all these places that have been so financially irresponsible are going to be hating life. The Democrats are in big trouble and they need new voters. Without them the party will fade into nothing. With them the rest of America will look like California and New York. Before that point is reached we’ll see a shooting war rather than the ideological one that has been going on for the last ten years.
