Is It Possible To Buy Mexico Entirely

Is it possible for a country to buy another country?

Like any kind of property, one can only buy what is being sold. If, by some strange circumstance, the whole of Mexico is for sale, then America can buy it. There is no level of power higher than the sovereign state, so America has no right to force another country to sell its land. If the land isn't for sale, then taking it is theft (read: invasion) even if it's paid for afterward. Is it illegal to steal (invade) a country? If there are non-aggression treaties between the two countries, then yes, it's illegal by the aggressor's own rules. But what will anyone do about it? Since sovereign governments are the highest authority, there is no higher force to punish the invading nation unless a more powerful country intervenes. That's how military allegiances work; it's a way to make sure you have allies who will intervene when someone tries to steal your country.

How to get SIM card for Monterrey, Mexico?

You can get SIMs for Mexico from many sources (Google is your friend), but you'll find that all of them - including the ones from Telcel - will cost you more than $1 per minute to make calls. Best deal we have found out there has been to get a Mexico phone from Mexitel Cellular. The rates are far less ($1 per phone call instead of $1 per minute and incoming calls are FREE) and they are entirely reliable and work everywhere in Mexico.

Is it possible to travel coast to coast in the U.S. entirely by boat, using interconnected rivers, lakes, etc.?

If you mean the East (Atlantic) Coast to the Gulf Coast, then it's entirely possible without portaging.  Similarily, any of those coasts and the East and West coasts of the Lower Peninsula of Michigan (or any other coast on the Great Lakes) due to (among other things) the Chicago River & Canal which connects the Great Lakes basin with the Mississippi basin - and the Erie Canal (which I presume is still navigable by canoe or kayak.) between Lake Erie and the Hudson River. There is the "inland waterway" along the lower east coast (and gulf coast), but I'm not sure if you would consider it part of interconnected rivers, lakes, etc.  If not, then your exit points are the St. Lawerence Seaway, Hudson River, and the Missippii River.  I'm not sure if there are any interconnections between the Mississippi basin and other rivers that empty into the gulf or atlantic coasts.

I want to enter Mexico by land from Ecuador is it possible?

Yes, going from Ecuador to Mexico by land is entirely possible, yet very dangerous. You'd be able to drive most of the way by taking the Pan-American Highway. The only blocker that you will encounter is the Darien Gap in the Colombia-Panama border. This gap is a break in the highway that consists of large areas of swampland and forests.Either you will need to cross/trek the gap by foot (over 90 miles of dense jungle so don't forget your machete) or you can take the safe option and reach panama through a sailboat (They can even carry your vehicle too).  If you're serious about doing the entire trip by land then I recommend you to read more about the Darién Gap, and the risks that it partakes (Drug smugglers, militias, indigenous tribes, dangerous insects and plants are common in there).Have fun in your adventure!

Is it safe to travel to Mexico?

No it is not. You are going to get murdered as soon as you cross the border and your body will be filled with drugs. That is so that your body becomes a “mule” for the drug cartels and be delivered to the city of their choice. Once that is done, the Mexicans are going to use those drugs so they can rape white American women. *SARCASM*I have been in Mexico off and on since August 2015. I do not speak Spanish despite many efforts to learn - “Entiendo mucho español, pero simplemente no puedo sacar las R y, por lo tanto, me frustro cuando trato de hablarlo.” I actually try to speak Spanish here and people see that I am making an effort and often give me a break. People have opened up to me because of those efforts. Here is what I have learned:The Mexican people are quite friendly. They are VERY family oriented.Mexicans are DEEPLY religious. They love life and to party.Extremely helpful to others - when I have seen cars broken down on the side of the road while driving between Mexico City and Laredo, TX, you often see 3 or 4 people pull over to try to help.It is actually safer to be a full time American resident in Mexico than the US. The violent crime rate for Americans is much lower in Mexico than in the US.I often felt safer walking the streets at night in Mexico than I do in the US.Check out these webpages so you can have an eye-opening experience:Mexico vs United States: Crime Facts and StatsMexico vs US CitiesA lot of people in the US hear about all the crime in Mexico via the US Media. Guess what? It is sensationalized by the US media because the famous saying “bad news sells more newspapers”. It also is used to deflect from the problems of the United States - look at the murder rates in the Mexico vs. US Cities link again. Do you really want to hear how dangerous it is at home and make you feel unsafe or would you rather hear about someone else’s problem? Most would rather hear the other person’s problem because they want to not think about their own.

Can I fly from the US to Mexico with a vape pen and a catridge with cannabis oil?

I am going to give you fact then a great honest answer.FactMexico Could Make History By Treating CBDLike A Supplement, As It Should Be. ... On June 19, 2017 President Enrique Peña Nieto signed a bill into law that officially legalized the cultivation, production, and use of medical cannabis products with less than 1% tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) inMexico.Jul 9, 2018My answerIf your cannabis oil has THC the answer is NO. Legal marijuana cannot be transported across state lines - an international line is even a louder NO.If your cannabis oil has NO THC (such as CBD oil) and as CBD is legal on our entire continent, Mexico is an international line you should be able to cross with no problem - but how are you going to prove it, by destroying it to test it for THC or by a urine test after smoking then spending 12 hours in jail [assuming you haven't smoked THC all month]. Remember just because CBD is legal in all 50 states, Mexico is a country and not one of those states.Even with regard to CBD, as THC is becoming more legislated marijuana is gaining laws, so I simply choose to buy more if I am planning a trip. I smoke 50 states legal industrial CBD hemp buds if THC is not available in a legal form. Always buy locally to prevent as much confusion as to the source - CBD is great as bud or oil. If CBD is legal in Mexico just get some, unless youre moving there and never coming back - I suggest leave the pen, just to have the best possibility of a good experience as possible.I get my CBD from Empire Wellness they will ship internationally but are not responsible for Customs, or Municipal Laws. Their product is local (Colorado) 50 states legal CBD products, so check with them if their product is available at within less than 1% THC and totally keep the receipt and shipping label (especially if you are in Mexico, you might be able to smoke some legal American hemp or American sourced CBD in case you are concerned about the sterility of locally available smoking product. Also a piece of mail is like your legal paper ID so why not.)I would rather have customs check it through mail processing than an XRAY guy or gal at the airport, what group of people are more expert on laws - people involved in international trade by postal mail or a person looking for weapons that could be used on the aircraft or the general border security driving over - its up to you, I just think the postal customs would have the best grasp of the law if you were to want to import it.

Is one million dollars enough to retire to Mexico with, and never have to work again?

It depends entirely on where, and how, you want to live. With that amount of money, I’d buy a few small properties, as well as a modest house, and then proceed to live off my rents, but I wouldn’t be living a lavish lifestyle with that alone. If you’re planning to go to Cancun and live the vida loca, then the answer is more likely no.If you feel like going to a small village and live in a modest house, then yeah, probably. You’ll get roughly twenty million pesos from that, and a three bedroom modern house in Cholula, Puebla (where I live) sells for about 4 million. You could absolutely live off those $16 million pesos left, but you’d have to manage them wisely, because it’s entirely possible to spend that much just by purchasing shit you don’t need, eating out every day in the hip restaurants around town, going a little wild with what’s services you hire, etc.Move to a rich area in Mexico City and I’m sure that money will go away even faster if you’re not careful. So I’d say yes, it’s entirely possible, but you want to plan it right and not just come here and spend it wildly assuming it will never run out.

Can you live in Mexico with $550 monthly?

Absolutely. Just not in Mexico City, Monterrey or one of the big cities. Your best bet (for safety, nice weather, beautiful landscape, friendly people and affordable housing and food) would be a small town in Nayarit, Michoacan or Puebla. For instance, in Compostela, Nayarit, you can rent a 2-bedroom house with all amenities (except AC) for around US$150 a month, food is cheap, especially if you cook your own meals, the surrounding nature is breathtaking and the people are warm and welcoming of newcomers. It sits only 20 minutes away from Tepic (a mid-size City), about an hour away from the beach (beautiful Sayulita or amazing Puerto Vallarta) and Guadalajara -a large metropolis with everything you could ever want or need- is less than 5 hours away by car.You will not live like a king, but definitely lead a tranquil, easy-going life without any luxuries but without any depravation either.

Is Mexico a safe place for a single woman to travel through alone?

Where are the best places to tour in Mexico as a single woman, alone? What's the night life like? What's the temperature in September? What do I need to know about the customs of Mexico? Any port taxes, fees, charges? What about going through customs? What should I know about traveling in Mexico? How much spending money should I carry for a 7 day visit.

What gift to give to my Mexican girlfriends parents?

Hi, I am Mexican and my opinion is for you to just give them what ever you think is good. It would show them what type of guy you are, and i believe that, that could make them like you more. Just buy something that represents you in a way but it isn't entirely you. If you know what i mean. But DON'T BUY THEM ANY MEXICAN RELATED THINGS!! This would make them feel awkward and it would be really racist.

And for talking to Mexican is usually everybody talking at a time. We are really loud and we talk alot so don't worry about talking too much. If you meet someone that is an old Mexican ask them about their lives and what they used to be. Old Mexican people like hearing themselves talk. Also aks your girlfriend what type of topics do her parents most talk about, and do it in a polite way. You can also just be yourself so they know what type of things you are into.

Hope it goes good! Good luck!!
